I won't besmurdge their star rating.. but this place is weird. Buffet food in a box paid for at a grocery store. Plastic utensils... and no buns for pulled pork. Guess it's a local thing

Sat at a table for a few mins and noticed the two guys behind the bar look at me but not really acknowledge me. I finally went to the bar and asked if that's where I needed to order and finally one of them let me know yes. Then I had to ask for a wine list. Only beer and wine available. And I guess you can buy food in the store and bring it up. There was a small menu of bar food near the register, but since I wasn't asked about food I didn't order.First and last time here. I much prefer Albertsons on Broadway for in-store eating and drinks.

My wife and I enjoy dropping by the River Room for a beer and a snack. And the bartender, James, is always delight. Friendly, knowledgeable, interesting, and makes great recommendations that never disappoint. The diverse selection of ever-rotating beers keeps the experience fresh. Tasty snacks, too.

A continued decline. When WF opened here they were big on local brew. Not now. Bartender said, "I hate Idaho beers." Then proceeded with the 'go to' "What kind do you like?" Idaho beers, that's why I made the comment. As a grown man I know beer. A lame barkeep is not gonna help my selection. 1 out of 16 being a winter beer, with IPAs = meh selection. So then it is "why would I want to carry beer that you can get one mile away?" (The locals). So you're telling me to go down the street to get my beer. Okay. Next time I will. 1 Star for the bartender (might be the mngr) and 5 stars for the view. 1 star for the $4 HH. The table and floor was dirty with 4 customers in the place. Ok if you're busy -- but chatting with a friend riding the bar for 40 minutes instead of cleaning explains why the place is funky. I Wonder what Bezo would think if he visited.

At Whole Foods one must Read all labels on products as sadly they sell lots of conventional food at inflated prices. Eat Organic if you want to avoid GMO neurotoxins and carcinogens in food. Organic!

Place just has a great vibe to it. From a business lunch to jus hanging with your friends; you can enjoy a good beer from an iced glass and some grub. Solid pleasant service too!

The ambiance of the River Room above Whole Foods is friendly, the customer service is excellent, and the facility is clean. And the thing I like most is that you can get a delicious vegan-friendly meal. And I do mean delicious!

GOOD FOOD FOR HAPPY HOUR - GOOD SERVICE The Riveroom is a bar/restaurant/dining area that is a loft space overlooking Whole Foods. They have really good condiments and sauces along with a great happy hour. At the time of writing I think Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, Happy Hour food options are the best. I had the Friday Fish n Chips for $8 and it came with 3 pieces of fish on top of fries and a side of coleslaw. It could have used a bit more fish but it was battered and cooked really well. The fries were were cooked very well with cracked black pepper. 4 stars for using the coleslaw as filler. It took almost half the plate and definitely was used to fill the space.

A good experience every time. They have a great tap list of new and returning craft brews. Order some food, sip a pint or two and enjoy company or "the game" on the big screen. Really open atmosphere with knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Great place to have a beer and it's in the Whole Foods! They do trivia on Wednesday nights, happy hour from 4-7 on weekdays, daily specials, and a great beer selection. You can even purchase beer downstairs and bring it up to drink it! Highly recommend the Cuban Sandwich and the Parmesan Truffle Fries. So good!
