Even though it’s self service, I didn’t realize that and the working attendant pointed it out nicely to me and also answered my questions about the menu.Kind and helpful staff here! boba was perfectly cooked and thai tea the best I've had. but it was filled all the way to the top, which made it impossible to pierce the plastic with the straw without it spilling all over. i had to cut it open with a knife.

Super cool atmosphere. Unique drinks and quality tapioca boba. They did have dairy free options. However the menu was kinda confusing and it was self service for the register, would've been nice to have some guidance. Also the staff served my boba with a leaky seal on the cup , they told me it was leaky instead of just fixing it.Definitely fun to try and I would recommend checking it out once, but probably won't go back

This is the best boba tea store in the valley (trust me, I tried them all). Reasonable prices, not too sweet, great taste combinations, tasty boba and other topping. Plus, easy ordering by using a screen. Fun and cute interior decor. This place is a must try!

Really good milk tea here. I've tried a few in the area and this one was definitely the best one I've tried in Boise. I usually try boba whenever I travel, so I definitely had to try some on this trip. The tea flavor was quite good and the boba was done well. I'd come back if I'm ever in the area again! I got the signature milk tea w/boba at 50% sweetness.
Authentic boba tea shop. There have been so many innovations with boba tea, all sorts of flavors and textures. My favorite is still the classic boba tea. You can judge a boba tea shop by its simplest drink, which is the classic milk tea. This place is good.

Visiting from California and was looking for some decent tea. Tried two other places before finding this one. If you're reading this, JUST COME HERE. the other places disappoint. Drinks are good, and if you actually ask for half sweet, you will get it. Boba is good as well and has good texture!!

I ordered the brown sugar milk tea, half sugar, no ice, less boba. The milk tea was creamy and perfect sweetness for me at 50% but i tend to like things less sweet. 75% sweet might work for others. The boba was smaller than the standard size bobas but it had a very nice soft consistency, and it was warm so it seemed like it was very fresh. I would recommend this drink!

Self serve kiosks made choosing a drink fun with pictures and a well organized design. The friendly staff helped in recommending sweetness level and they were spot on for each drink. Fully customizable drinks with great flavor, prices are what you would expect.

Never go there! Bad customer service. We added money on tapioca, but they didn't add tapioca and cheated us the boba is the tapioca. Other than the boba, there was nothing else and it tasted weird. Seriously, search up what tapioca is!!!
