Waited almost 20 minutes to get our order taken in the drive thru, kinda annoying. The website menu DOES NOT match the actual menu. the smoothie bowls went from $6.99 to $11.99. the menu items are completely different and there are much fewer options. I get they are understaffed but the transaction took a total of 30 minutes. Extremely unpleasant experience and will not be returning.

I went to get smoothies after shopping on Black Friday. The poor girl working was the only employee there. She had to stop selling half the menu. Due to how busy it was . The management team had to know today would be busy . Shame on them for not having more people working.

Ordered an açaí bowl. What I got looked and tasted like a raspberry smoothie.It wasn’t a great experience and I can’t see myself going back.

paninis are good but small. smoothies use good ingredients. i don't think I've ever ordered from here and not had some kind of issue though. this was my 24oz smoothie today. i grabbed it with the same hand as my panini not really looking when i was in a hurry and when i arrived i noticed this was what they gave me. i can't prove i didn't drink any of it but i hadn't drank any before taking this picture.

Did someone forget to put filling in my panini?Or is this a new bread to BBQ Chicken ratio.
Went for a fresh juice. Good quality. Good service. Wish more of the ingredients were juiced fresh, but overall great value.
The Fix
Not impressed.. I eat out once or twice a day because I work construction. I try to frequent Idaho based locally owned companies like BFC or Tree City, etcI had a full punch card so I was stoked to go in and get my free drink but I was told they would only do a 24 oz drink, even though all my punches were from buying the 32oz, and I leave a tip so it cost $10.Added up that's a $100 worth of smoothies, It doesn't say anywhere on the card what size the free drink is. ( EDIT It does, on the back, in fine print)The price difference from 24 oz to 32 oz is $1, 8oz bigger, 1 cup.So she made my 24 oz drink and there was enough leftover that they threw away to fill the 32 remember that's only one cup so they're willing to shyst a customer who's loyal to them for $1 profit or 1 cup worth of smoothie that they threw away.I won't be back, I'll take my buusiness somewhere it's appreciated.NOTHING IS ORGANIC anyway, your pesticide covered fruit is overpriced.

Poor customer service the ladies weren't friendly also made my damn smoothie watery and made a quesadilla that looked like a panini which I threw away!! RIGHT AFTER I LEFT not happy at all 1st time going to this location never again. I'll keep continuing going to the location onEagle and Fairview and DT BOISE WAAAAAY BETTER SERVICE AND NO WATERY SMOOTHIES!!!!
