This has got to be the worst fast food location in all of idaho.I’ve lived walking distance from this Wendy’s for 2 years now and never once have even been half satisfied if I’m lucky enough to get food.This visit put the icing on the cake.The entire inside cafe was locked and closed because the self service Kiosk was down (already doesn’t make sense). Sign posted to the door said since kiosk and dining cafe is closed, please use drive thru.So I stand in the drive thru to order and some employee comes out yelling at me that I can’t stand in the drive thru, and will not be able to purchase anything unless I am in a vehicle.Why can’t you just take my order inside? Or better yet why not take my order right then and there and run it out to me? You’ll turn away business because a SELF SERVE kiosk is down?!Please do yourself a favor and stay as far away as possible. Del taco, jimmy johns, and tropical smoothie cafe are right across the street with far better food and service.

Food has went down hill horribly. Did not have what we wanted! Fries were burnt and oily. Basically shoved at us. Will not be back to Wendy's on Overland!

Wendy's is getting worse and worse every time we go here. Rude customer service. 3 out of the 4 burgers were completely wrong, fries half full. I'm not sure what happened except maybe in need of better supervision.
