Pizza was ice cold when we received it , didn't ask for sauce on the side for wings, which was also ice cold when delivered, Called the store asking about this and the lady tried to make every excuse but help us, never ordering from this dump again.

Tonight my family ordered pizza and there was a small issue where we were notified our card was charged but the order didn’t go through online. I called the store and was immediately directed to the manager who was super kind and helpful! We got the situation sorted out in no time and everyone satisfied. They truly care about customer satisfaction! And their pizza is always amazing!

Ordered through Uber eats 5 hours ahead of time only to have my order cancelled 1 hour before delivery time. I guess last minute orders get top priority.
Traumatized experience, Not even worth 1⭐!I didn't know if Westside Pizza selling chicken wing sashimi, it's under cooked, and smell very unpleasant, this proof that the chicken wing itself is not fresh, totally not worth to spend on that kind of food, or even have to eat it ? the pizza even worse, I will put it this way, if this is my very 1st time trying pizza, then I won't have pizza in my life anymore, with so little meat or topping, you are only chewing the super thick bread only! Given it worse food, the service even play best part, worse customer service ever! It's like their customer owe them money kind of attitude. Will never ever comeback, or even recommend anyone to come here, there is still alot of good restaurant with better service which serving best pizza in town! It's true that they said you won't be able to satisfied every of your customer, but at least play your part, customer pay with their money, and you just have to cook your food properly. So, just don't waste your energy, or money come to Westside Pizza, just to eat trauma! ?

We found this pizza place by accident a few years ago… we NEVER order from anywhere else now. Not only is their pizza FANTASTIC, but their service is outstanding! They quickly catch and fix errors with kindness and efficiency. Thank you Jordan and Anthony!

Couldn’t figure out what to cook for dinner tonight, so I checked to see if UberEats was delivering. Decided to order Westside Pizza. Of course I was surprised they were delivering, decided to order. Expected delays with this snow, no biggie. Get a phone call from Westsides regional manager, Brett ( i think that’s what he said his name was) he got called in to help with deliveries to let me know he was on his way and apologies for any delays..talk about amazing customer service and going beyond. So appreciative of the extra level of service they provided. Definitely will continue to order from them. Of course their pizza is delish as well!! Thank you Westside Pizza!
