We ordered for carry out on the app on 4/1 night around 5 pm. We got 2 pizzas and a brownie box. The pizzas were not cooked all the at and the cheese and sauce was sliding off the pizza. It was disgusting and it tasted disgusting. We come to this dominos multiple times a month and never had a problem. I cannot believe we wasted $30 on this. Extremely disappointed:( please cook your pizzas better!!!!

I really appreciate that they have a gluten free pizza crust available.Dietary restrictions: Their gluten free crust is only available in small, and generally runs about $13 for a pizza with three toppings. You can save about $4 using the "any 1 topping pizza for $7.99" coupon. If you are allergic to wheat, you'll probably want to avoid this, as it's a shared kitchen and they don't change gloves between orders. It works for people who can tolerate a little bit of flour.

online ordering should be pretty accurate! quote time was 33-45 minutes! 1 hour and 45 later still no pizza! called to wait on hold (2) times first time guy said in was in the oven second time lady said it would be in the oven in 20 minutes and delivered whenever it gets there.......seriously! HORRIBLE. I just need and honest answer. still no food!

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I ordered online and it said it would be 30-40 minutes. I waited an hour and called the store. I was on hold for 20 minutes before someone answered answered and I told them I wanted to see where my order was. They said hold on and proceeded to put me on hold for another 20 minutes. I’m livid at this point. She answered again and said my order would be delivered in about 20 more minutes mind you, it’s been a whole hour and a half now. I said just cancel my order at this point. This is ridiculous. Service has definitely gone downhill.

When you get someone in the Philippines good luck understanding than your food might arrive over an hour after quoted time (we don't know still waiting) amazing workers just tell you to push 2 to get the store (they'll put you on hold 6+ times than hang up)Save money, frustration, and a household full of hangry humans.

The food is good but I ordered a chicken Alfredo pasta and it was only half full.
I ordered pizza on Thursday for a Friday night pick up so my wife could just swing by after work and bring it home since we have had awful delivery times the past several times we’ve ordered. Anyway, when she went to pick up the order they told her it wasn’t paid for, which it was and I texted her proof that it was. My wife told me that the system sometimes doesn’t recognize the charge if you order it for the next day, which makes sense, technology is dumb sometimes. What concerned me is how she said the manager was treating the staff member, who was pretty young. He was yelling at her and cussing at her (the staff member), and I don’t want to support a business that treats their employees like that especially in front of customers, like, it wasn’t the staffs fault there was a technical glitch. There are two dominoes in Caldwell and I think I know which one I will never go to again.

The service was not very well and the kid didn't want to help with a carry out order. He complained he wasn't paid enough to assist in that situation. The pizza was warm and fresh but very greasy even with little amount of cheese on it. Not sure what made it so greasy.
