We have eaten here for the past 3 years and have always enjoyed their food ..it was amazing...but lately we have had awful things happening with our orders our food is way over cooked like hockey pucks or they barely give you beans and rice with your order ...the food is costing more ..but it's quality has gone way down .. it really bothers me too .. we loved you guys ..but lately the food just isn't the quality and quantity it used to be..very disappointing

Good place to stop if you’re in the mood for some good Mexican American food. Wasn’t a fan of the table salsa. Food is solid!

Food was good, service was good. This time when I went, the salsa was really thick. Much better. I don't know if this was a permanent change?

This is the second time I've been there, food is amazing the only thing was a little bit of service issues but nothing to complain about they were kind of busy that day so I understand. I would definitely go back again!

Food was great. Service was terrible. Our waitress came to our table twice. Once to take our order and once to drop-off the food. Didn't check on us or refill our drinks. I had to go hunt someone down to get our check. They weren't even busy. I saw 4 staff members standing around chatting most of the time, including our waitress.

Ordered a chicken quesadilla with only cheese and grilled chicken and received a chicken quesadilla with shredded chicken that tasted like water and onions and peppers still on it also the customer service was ridiculous when I asked them to fix it they said it was my fault and I needed to pay for another one and charge me $9 to fix it after I already driving home and having to drive back will never be returning again

I really don’t give negative reviews lightly, but I would not return here. We love jalapeños, but they were closed for the holiday weekend so we decided to give another place a shot. I wish we wouldn’t have chosen here. From the get go service was subpar. We were one of the only tables in the restaurant and it was beyond slow and disorganized. They kept sending different servers to our table and they would have attitude when we would say we asked the other girl for something we still hadn’t received. Our appetizer was never rung in, we had to ask for coke 3x, we asked for napkins 5x until they finally brought some. My enchilada had no sauce and had rice and beans inside, so it was essentially a burrito. My boyfriend asked to get a Jalisco burrito (chicken, steak, shrimp) and was told no even if he paid extra for the additional meats. He ordered Jalisco fajitas and literally got 3 pieces of shrimp and 3/4 onion/bell pepper. Everything was super greasy and just not good. I don’t have high expectations for Mexican food in Idaho, but this was awful. My singular “enchilada” aka burrito was $15. The fajitas are at least $5 more than other places and they charge more if more than one person is eating them so you can’t share like you can everywhere else. The lack of service and straight up attitude from the servers paired with the poor quality of the food made for a very poor experience. My boyfriend never complains but he was very dissatisfied with this place as well.

Highest priced Mexican restaurant and not even the best. I ordered queso dip that came with zero chips so I asked for chips, they charged $2. The queso dip was $9.50 You want more salsa in a tiny bowl? $1You only get one free basket of chips and tiny bowl of salsa. Absolutely ridiculous! Better restaurants elsewhere, keep searching.. this is not the one.

I ordered what I thought was carnita tacos, I got hard shells and pork chunks. No problem, I was happy to admit my mistake and order again. I explained what I was wanting and asked for 2 pork carnita tacos as I already had rice and beans from the 1st order. I was told they could only do 3 tacos al la carte or 2 tacos with rice and beans for an additional $15.99. They went to the kitchen to confirm they could not make me 2 tacos. I ordered the 3 tacos with no veggies, and they came out as street tacos with cilantro and onions. I did not try for a 3rd time. When I received my check, I was charged for my original order, which was fine. I admitted it was my mistake and then charged $4 each for the street tacos, even though i was told they only came as an order of 3. I was also charged for a 2nd basket of chips that I snacked on as my second order was being prepared. I received no apology for the cilantro and onions, and the waitress never returned to my table to check on us again. Will not return.
