The lady at the drive through either hated me or hated her job, pretty sure both after my last visit though. For the amount you pay for fast food these days, which when the starting pay is 16$/hrs of course you have to jack up costs, but at least get someone who can smile when they hand you out a 12$ micro breakfast burrito...no worries though won't be going back ever so problem solved....

Honestly, it's one of the better jack in the box locations, in my opinion!The food seems fresh every time so far (4 visits). The service is friendly and doesn't have that. "Get out of here!" Feeling that some quick service restaurants provide.I like their breakfast burritos, tacos, and curly fries. For sure, I will be back on my way into caldwell.

In the drive-thru the girl that was taking my order turned out to get it wrong, which wasnt the complete problem. I took off and later found out something was missing. So my gf and I drove back. Once we cycled back through the drivr-thru I got to the speaker and explained myself, that there was a mishap and I wanted it corrected. The person that took my order previously was upset and seemed offended. After a bit of back and forth arguing naturally I had to ask for a higher up because noone was budging. I drove up to the window and I was explaining to the manager my problem and why im upset. She also seemed to take it the wrong way like I was overreacting for my order. And it should be noted that what we ordered was a munchie meal and some other default combo, what we got was 2 default combos and not a munchie meal, not a big deal but I was willing to pay the difference then and there and be done to correct this. The manager was being difficult and not budging saying I had to make a whole new order. And the tacos themselves are worth more than the munchie meal equivelant. I was upset that she was still arguing with me and not helping me whatsoever. I drove out of there angry and taco less lol. I got home and my girlfriend had called them that same night as soon as we got there, she was explaining what was going on even though everyone was still pretty heated, she still kept her temper. The woman on the phone turned out to be that same manager. My gf had to compose herself to not blow up when the manager was badmouthing me and to say she would've helped me if I wasn't so rude. Wtf? You're a manager and you are having a weird emotional playoff with me? It was just TWO TACOS! LOL

Friendly staff every time I have visited. Not the cleanest place and sometimes the food is cold, but the staff has made it right when I ask them to.
Got dinner last night and they were out of regular fries , curly fries , jalapeño poppers . So we got egg rolls but they were also out of sweet and sour. Then when I check my order it's wrong . Ordered sourdough jack and received chicken sandwich. This store is always out of something and food Quality is never up to par. I'm giving up on this Jack in the Box .
