A very terrible experience. Went for lunch and ordered 2 plates with chicken, rice, and beans. The menu said 13.99. Then upon check out she explained the prices on the menu are not the actual prices. She said when she saw us she did not think the price would matter, that if she sees people looking at the prices she lets them know. She said the prices were increased by 1.00 but we were charged 40.26. So even at 15 a plate that would be 30. We did have a coconut water in a can and a bottle of water. Then when we had to rush around because we only had 40 cash and got a dollar in quarters the waitress teased me that I only left a dollar tip. Uncomfortable and embarrassing.

This tiny, unassuming place is the best "hole-in-the-wall" restaurant in the valley. Fresh, homemade salsa and chips will kick off your meal. The menu is filled with standard Mexican fare, caldos (soups), and a variety of delicious seafood plates. To boot, the take-home chimichanga retained its crispness and flavor.Give this place a try - you won't leave disappointed or hungry. ?

This restaurant is one of the good ones. First you get a basket of chips with a small side of salsa(very spicy but good) and a side of beans dipAUTHENTIC food, handmade tortillas and big portions. If you ever order the Tilapia plate, be aware that it is HUGE!!! so you will either need to have a good appetite or share it with another person. They have Horchata(with a hint of cinnamon on top), Jamaica(Hibiscus) and Tamarindo. It's summer and the heat is not your best friend right now so don't expect AC at full blast here since it is a small business. They do have a fan at full blast but if you are not able to handle the heat, I'd suggest you get your food to go. Either way the food is delicious and well seasoned. We will definitely keep this place as one of our go to mexican restaurants when we are in the area ?

My tacos were good but my wife had shrimp al la crema. It wasn’t good the shrimp were gross. Non edible. Not a five star restaurant. It took us over an hour to get our food. Out of chips and salsa.

This is the best most consistent mouth watering food. The caldos and tamales are unbelievable. I am so grateful for this place.

Authentic as it comes. Delicious, friendly and if you like tequila, this is the spot! I had the pleasure of eating here again just the other day, talk about excellent! The owner she's awesome, friendly hard working woman! Hats off to her, she's holding things down and pumping out authentic delicious tasting food, and doing so with a big smile.
Such good Mexican food. Generous. Authentic. If you are looking for Taco Bell, go to Taco Bell. If you want real Mexican food, tripe, lingua, etc. go here.

Their food selection, quality, and taste are excellent. Very very good and legit. I didn’t give them 5 stars only because they are inconsistent with their hours. ALWAYS CALL BEFORE YOU GO.

Came here for a Sunday menudo. I'm incredibly picky with the authenticity of my Mexican food and this place delivered. The menudo was spot on, served with all of the correct toppings and amazing homemade tortillas. My boyfriend had the chilaquiles and the portion was massive and cooked to perfection. Fully recommend if you're looking for real Mexican food.
