Horrible food, first they didn't take the order right, and even what was right on the receipt was wrong when we got it, most of the food was blah. And why cant you mix the ingredients in a burrito,,, half beans and the other half cheese... is it that hard... never going back to this location.Would have given negative stars if it would let me.

The inside of the restaurant left alot to be desired maybe they are going to do an update and remodel soon? They do have a bathroom. They will customize your order for you if needed and are friendly & fast from ordering to cooking. For 3 it cost us approx $35.00 with tax that was with no beverages. We had a customized quesadilla, the 5 rolled flour tacos supreme and a asada plate. All were very good as it is the usual Los Betos we always have with the exception. Of the custom order which they were helpful making suggestions for and cooking it to our satisfaction. The red and green salsas are both tasty.Vegetarian options: They will customize your order fora no meat option if needed! So don't let the menu with meat scare you or they will substitute eggs for meat!

This Caldwell location is a joke. The mixed breakfast burritos are so expensive ($30 for 4) and just keep getting smaller. Today they were less than half the size of normal, barely larger than a gas station burrito for half the price. The customer service is a disappointment and the older lady working the window is beyond rude. Save you money and go to McDonald's or drive to Nampa location where you get your money's worth and the normal size los betos burritos that they are known for. Ultimately disappointing and will not go back to the Caldwell location if they are the last place open, what a joke!

So is the lobby open now or what? The lobby has been closed ever since the pandemic hit. Show up tonight around 9 and decide to walk in to order due to there being multiple people inside and cars in the parking lot. Walk up to the door and the dude locks it and sits back down. No sign on the door and not one peep out of the guy. The customer service here sucks. It's the worst Los Betos in Idaho. Trash food and even trashier service.

Says “Open 24 hours” so getting off late from work I thought to show up and grab a bite at 1am. Also wanted to just try the place. Sat in the drive thru for a bit and no one answered. I even called the restaurant. All lights off. No one there. Waste of time
