Great place! I go there almost weekly. Buy 3 and freeze them... months later after several times of getting my order wrong. When someone wants to omit an item there's usually a reason for it. Maybe they have a food allergy! Now I get to be in pain all night because they didn't remove the item.

I attempted to utilize the “pi day” discount that was advertised. I called in to the store and stated I wanted to use the deal. She asked me what my order was. I stated I was going to order online and asked how to use the discount online. The gal I spoke with told me either way was fine and gave me instructions and was very sweet. I hung up the phone and then called back to see if I could place it over the phone instead as I had a more complicated order. She remembered me and said she could take care of it. **I am unsure of the employee’s name, as I didn’t think I needed it because I have never had issues with this location.** When I arrive at the store Kaitlyn and Kam “helped” me and stated that the deal was online only. I said I am aware but I had to place my order over the phone because the option I needed was not available. They said we cannot honor that and they said by must be miscommunication and the discount was not going to be applied. Kam stated they could cancel my order and I could stand there and re-place my order online. In the store. I don’t know where good customer service went but it is something that clearly needs to be taught to the 18 year olds we are “trusting” to provide a service. Figure it out. Or get a job where you don’t have to deal with people.

I ordered extra mozzarella and I also ordered extra cheese toppings and the cheese didn't even cover the pizza . This has happened a couple of times now. So they shouldn't even offer that on their orders or maybe they should read what the order says.

Ordered via phone and the lady who took my order made the order for the wrong pizza and then charged me three times the amount that I should have paid. I went in and said that the order should have been less. Had the husband call in as I am deaf, the same lady who took the order refuse to correct the order and hung up on my husband, disrespected my husband and hung up on him because she made an error. With refusal from two staffs to explain the order and why it was wrong. Contacted head quarters only to get no agents available. Was extremely disrespected bythe lady as she was in a hurry to close up the store. Ended up with the wrong order and was very discriminated with no accommodations towards a deaf wife, Which is against the law and paid a lot more than what the order should have been. No pizza or cooking instructions were left with the order.

Customer service is not a priority or even a thought at this location. They messed up my order( not a big deal things happen) but refused to make it right. I asked to speak with a manager and apparently there is no manager on the weekends or after 4pm, just a bunch of high school kids with no clue what to do. The manager was supposed to call me today when she got to work. Guess what, no call today. I called in and asked for the manager today and apparently she had already gone home for the day.

Went to Papa Murphy's off of Greenhurst and 12th avenue in Nampa. When I entered I was told that they were super busy due to Super Bowl weekend, and that I should order online and pick up my order later. There were no customers in the store at the time so I felt that he was rude. He was only one person making pizza, which was weird since I was told that they were super busy. There were 4 to 5 employees in the back you could see and hear them chatting and using fowl language. I had to wait 45 minutes for my order. Needless to say I will not be going back to them in the future.

As usual, I had a problem with my order. I ordered 1 family size pizza before 2pm, selected 4pm as the pickup time. I show up at 4:00, my pizza is nowhere to be found. After quizzing me on whether I really submitted an order through the app, the young lady working the register finally said that my pizza was stolen by a DoorDash person. "This happens all the time". Not my problem, where's my pizza? I said I'll come back because I had to run another errand. They immediately started making my pizza as I left. I come back 15 minutes later. I checked the racks where they stockpile pick up order pizzas. Couldn't find my pizza. I waited in line for 10 minutes and asked the same lady again, where's my pizza. She said sorry they were really busy. I said that's why I ordered on the app 2 hours ago. Whoever the owners of this location are, they need to hire a business process consultant because pizzas should never be "stolen by a DoorDash driver". What kind of operation are you running here Papa Murphy's? This is kindergarten level common sense. Act like you care. Ridiculous.
