Was charged twice on my debit card 1 St time before there system all of a sudden just went down after the first transaction and then was told didn't go through and then it rebooted and the cashier just grabs my card and says it didn't go through and scanned my card again. Hopefully it doesn't happen to anyone else.

Had brunch at 2:00 04/01 meatball sandwich. Meatballs had, apparently, been sitting in the sauce pan for a very long time as the bottom one half. Of the meatballs were very hard, dried out and just pure unacceptable. Recon I will try Jersey Mikes or cross the. Street and dine at Mister V’s. Mister V’s is much cheaper.

Worse sandwich ever!!!!!!! Asked for white bread got wheat .. asked for extra meat did not get it .. wasted $1.50 there .. added mozzarella and they did not put on my pepperjack !! When trying to talk to the employee about my order in the drive thru he shrugged and said I did not make it ... awesome wth I guess I should brush it off as subways poor quality of employees and lack of training .... guess I will make the drive next time to Firehouse Subs in Nampa

I got hustled yesterday when I went in for a BLT. The guy at the register didn’t know how to ring one up, I guess they don’t have a button for it anymore, so the other lady helped him ring it up as a Veggie with Add Bacon, Add Bacon. I was charged $4 just for the bacon. My total was $13.49 for a foot long BLT. There are other footlongs with more meat in them that cost less money. Why couldn’t they have rung me up for a cheaper sandwich that included bacon? I was reminded why I hardly go to Subway anymore. Much better options available.

It says they close at 11pm on line and on the store says 9 pm but we got here at 8:30 and they where locked already and they where cleaning up why do they do that . This is the store on 101 ustick Ave in Caldwell Idaho

I would like to say that this Subway is very friendly and acknowledges you as soon as you walk in even when they're busy! They were quick and they were honest about certain food items. I can appreciate that. Plus if you come here a lot it's worth joining the app to get points for discounts and buy one get one free. ?? ??

I get that there are young kids that work at this location but come on!!! Not only did I have to stand and wait for anyone to come out from the back cause they were laughing and bsing but when the kid did come out he was very rude!! I ordered online so when I went and picked up my order I was expecting for them to ask for my ID but nope. Didn’t even ask for my confirmation number. He then tossed my order on the counter and walked away.

Absolutely redicoulous. Ordered a footlong and paid extra for avocado and did not receive it. Also no garlic aioli which I requested. The sandwich had about two pieces of steak on it. It shouldn't be that difficult when the order is right in front of you. Do better Subway. I will never order from this store again.
