I can't say enough good things about this ice cream shop. I tried an espresso ice cream infused with some type of alcohol and the flavor was amazing. Their regular flavors were incredible too. My kids loved what they ordered. The location was perfect because we ate next door at a delicious bbq place and then finished the night with ice cream and ice skating .

BEST ice cream! I only visit Idaho once per year, but The Stil is a must go and I wouldn't miss it. The booze infused ice cream is beyond amazing. Absolutely delicious!!!!

Another Stil location with more of the sweetest things in life! Such creamy goodness and great service. We stop at at least one of these locations every time we come through the Boise area. If you care about creaminess and don't like icy ice cream, this is the spot for you! Great flavor profiles and some even have a little alcohol. So glad to see this small business growing and doing well.

The ice cream is nice and creamy and inside is nice and clean.Location is in a walk in plaza so you'll be hard pressed to find a close parking spot.

It's a small but cute place! They have dairy free options that are water and Coconut based. Super smooth icream too!
