Worst experience ever! Order a sandwich while on my 30 min lunch. Took it back to office with me to eat it and the entire sandwich was messed up. Paid for extra cheese and asked for it to be toasted. There was no cheese at all on it and it was not toasted. The sandwich had so much sauce on it that I couldn't even eat it. I asked for a refund and apparently I can only get a refund if I return the sandwich. I did not eat the sandwich and was forced to dig it out of the trash in order to get my refund. I will never go back to subway. Do yourself a favor and go to Jimmy John's!!!!

Thank you for the great service and kind 2 gentlemen that helped me today 2/16 around 12:50. I didn’t catch their names! I saw you guys are short staffed as a customer it’s good to know these things because if you don’t want to wait then you can turn around. The two men in line behind me I want to apologize for, for their horrid behavior and them making fun of one of your employees. I didn’t know the guys behind me but I felt so bad for the guys working that day! I hope they understand to refuse service to people like them! Our sandwiches was great, great customer service!

I’ve been to this subway a couple times before and haven’t had any issues. However, I placed an order online last night, I ate half and it was okay. I was eating the other half today, I get about half way through it and I pull out a string! A 6-7 inch string. Disappointed is an understatement. Disgusting. Do better!!

It’s always a five star experience when I go to the one in Chubbuck, Idaho Aaron he is very very consistent and very good with customer service Jenna. She’s very professional and always consistent Stephen he’s very very kind and very professional. Definitely have five star experience every time I go in there.

everyone here is so sweet and they are usually super fast love coming to this store during the day ?Parking: quite a bit of parking spots, never waiting for a spot
Employees seemed lost like someone needed to tell them what to do and how to do it. Sandwiches were missing items, was told they could put the missing items in a bag for me to put on the sandwich when I get home. Didn't even know that toasted ment sandwich not just the bacon. Over the laziness of not even reading a recipe that's right in front of them.

On a 12 hour road trip and so happy we found this subway. Everything is super clean and all the topping containers were so clean and organized. Best Subway we've found.

quintin did a fantastic job and the subs he made for us were perfect and filling.. while in store he kept busy refill the drink bar, cleaning counters and equipment. used different gloves for each customer and was very professional. the subs were twice as big as Jimmy johns also.

I was so incredibly impressed by the workers here. Even with me stopping in later they had a wonderful attitude and took their time to help me get the perfect sandwich. They gave me the warmest welcome into town and I can absolutely sat this will forever be where I go to get my sandwiches.
