I originally gave these guys a 5 star. A year ago.I am now taking that away....The last few times I have come here have become less than for service given.This time we came to eat here mainly for the patio to enjoy the sun and river. It is the sunniest and nicest day this week. The manager says the patio is closed. So we sit next to the window so we can enjoy the view.While we are eating they seat a couple people outside. So we asked the manager why weren't we able to sit outside. Her response is well I'm the manager and I changed my mind.Customer service is dying. And now i will probably never return or promote this place.This is Coeur d alene idaho. You should be striving for great customer service and showing off the upscale life and beautiful surroundings.If I could rate 0 stars. They would get just that. No stars.

We asked to be sat outside and they told us no because there wasn't enough servers, which makes absolute sense!! That's fine.But Midway through our meal, We watch them take a group of women outside to the patio and let them sit out side and served them.This was really disappointing as we're sitting at the window watching these people eat outside in this wonderful weather enjoying the riverviews.When I spoke to the manager up front she said they "changed their mind." And we're allowing people to sit outside.I'm sorry but that's so messed up !!!!We are loyal, paying customers, We always support this business, and recommend people to this place, Just for us to get treated like dirt. FOR NO REASON. LITERALLY.The manager didn't even try to resolve it or make us feel better in any way... Other than just telling me she changed her mind and let them sit outside.Absolutely ridiculous. Terrible service, terrible customer service, terrible management.I'm really upset. As a manager telling people NO - you need to hold that standard all the way across the board. Not make exceptions for certain people and not others. Very, very BIASED, UNPROFESSIONAL, and UNFAIR.RUINED the whole experience and will never be coming here again.

Took longer than it should after we were seated to get a server to wait on us. Then, took over 20 minutes to get our food after we ordered. Then the eggs in both our dishes, taco duo and poblano chili, were cold...?Server asked how it was, advised the eggs were cold and his reply was..."sorry"...?..I think we're done coming here. Too many other places to frequent...

Food was good but the service needs some help. Server asks if we needed more time and then hangs out in the beverage station standing around talking to other servers for 15 minutes. Not very good service at all and this is what is remembered by guests through the meal.I love that they offer gluten free options. Fun atmosphere and pretty view. Would come back however definitely ask to be seated elsewhere.

We had waited at our table for 20 minutes before we had received water. The food was cold when we got it and it was very poor. The bill was crazy for what we had gotten.
Food was good staff was good and they don't have the best parking but do validate parking cost.

Service was extremely poor. The food was alright but definitely not worth the price. After waiting almost 30 minutes for our food our server came to the table to share that the kitchen was out of crepes and asked if my wife wanted something else (he shared that my meal was ready, but it did not arrive for another 15 minutes). There was no apology or explanation why it was not apparent that the kitchen was out of crepes and why it was not noticed for more than 20 minutes after the order was placed. When my food arrived, the serving of potatoes was around two tavlespoons.. the upside was the patio has a wonderful view.
