When with a group to enjoy a meal. Our waiter (Brian) was very nice at first. When our food was served it is not what my wife order. Brian said that he had been doing this for 10 year and he is perfect and that is what she ordered. Even other at the table said it was not what she ordered. He insisted it was. He did not pay any attention to us the rest of the meal. When it came time to pay he used my credit card to pay one of the other couples bill. When asked about it he acted like he was caught and the manager had to clear this up. Not happy with the service we received this time and may be a long time before we go back to this Applebee's.

The taste of the was good. Not five stars but nothing lacking or poor in taste.I believe we have all come to expect less food at the table for more money these days but if you compare the hamburger I had there today with the same hamburger from one year ago it is noticeably smaller. I would say probably 1/3. It was enough for me, but I know some people would be going home, probably snacking to fill up. The prices on the 2 for 20 offer there are more attractive these days with average dinner prices/no drinks hovering at $15 to $20 typically. Overall, it is a fair value in current times. The waitress was there to refill drinks once and check if we were satisfied with the food and was pleasant. The atmosphere is not cramped or uncomfortable with table spacing that allows for a semblance of privacy. All in all, it is one of the better places that remain to eat out that won't bankrupt you or leave you feeling like you wasted your money. The food is ribs, hamburgers, blackened chicken, some spicier dishes, etc. and typical American fare with the added bonus of alcoholic beverages for those inclined.Parking: Plenty of it, never had an issue finding space.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible single level double door entry wide hallways.

We really do love applebee's. Our daughter has been going there since she was very young and truly appreciates the menu as well as the fun environment.Vegetarian options: I am not a vegetarian but I know that it is easy to opt out of meat in several of the dishesParking: Generally, there's lots of parking and plenty of spaces for everyone.Kid-friendliness: Applebee's presents a very wide range of seating. If you have children with you, it is possible to sit far from the bar and still have a view of a television. There are cozy tables for 2, as well as tables that can be pulled together to seat a large familyWheelchair accessibility: I have never been to an Applebee's. That did not have wheelchair accessibility.

Leah is always very kind and professional. She takes time to greet us when we arrive regardless of how busy the bar is. She always takes great care of us!

It was OK. The food was good, but nothing outstanding. Service was wonderful, I think I had more fun playing the trivia games available at the table on their tablet than eating the actual meal ?

Kayli was next level tonight! She greeted us with a robust personality that legitimately set us in our places the moment we walked through the door! Right front and center at the bar with ice, cold margaritas, impeccable service detail in describing the food… Even though we were there for appetizers and cocktails, she treated us like VIP! Applebee’s truly is definitely the gathering place. Thank you so much, Kayli!!!

I received awful service from the lunchtime bartender today. My review was promptly removed. Be aware that this establishment discredits poor reviews. Service rating is much lower than you see here. This particular location is not on par with what you expect from Applebees.Edit: after a few emails in reply to this, I’m convinced Applebees has became more interested in protecting their employees from bad ratings and reviews than encouraging quality service.

Leah is my favorite bartender ever! She remembered that I usually get an Oreo shake when I haven’t even been here in a few months. Her drinks are so good and her service is always amazing!

I love coming to this place! The afternoon bartender is the best! Even after a rough day she puts a smile on my face and always greets you with a smile! Leah definitely makes you feel like family! The service is spectacular!

I had fish and chips. It was terrible. The appetizer was good. I am not going back. 64.00 for lunch ? I hadn't been out in months what a disappoinment.

I wish I could give a better review. We don't often eat here because we were both long term employees at Applebee's and well frankly it's just not a place we think of since we spent so much time there. It was Easter and the place was dead. We walked in expecting to be greeted with a smile and we got greeted with a scowl. No pleasantry of any kind. Waitress took a long time to also show up to the table. We ordered an appetizer that she recommended but she forgot to order for us. Food came out and she did offer to "buy" one for us or "buy" us a dessert. We declined. We didn't want her to buy us anything. I ordered the Cheeseburger quesadilla with fries. It was beyond salty and tasted like the meat was spoiled. I took a few bites and actually got sick while still in the restaurant. I was not wanting to make a spectacle (our server was really loud when she spoke) by sending it back since there is nothing else I wanted to eat. My husband order a Club house grille and it wasn't even really grilled. We were really disappointed but mostly the 1st impression of the hostess when walking in the door and when leaving (no thank you or have a nice day)really put a bad taste in my mouth. I use to be the training head hostess for many years at Applebee's and I can tell you that's not how we ever acted.
