Ordered online for a future pickup. Went to pick it up and found out they were out of beef. They had my phone number and email, but they didn’t even try to contact me. Couldn’t give me a refund or give me the number to call to get a refund. Told me to go on the app and figure it out. Still haven’t got my refund…
They still serve the best roast beef sandwiches. I'm thinking since they offer up horseradish sauce, Arby's sauce, and such for dipping or to add to our sandwiches. Maybe having cheese sauce would be splendid idea as well.
