“Got the beef fried rice with a fried egg on top and wasabi Mac salad. To die for!!!! The owner is from Seattle, so you know the teriyaki sauce is the bomb!!! Highly recommend not only for the delicious food, but the customer service and atmosphere was so fun and inviting. We WILL be back!“

Can get your own sauces and to go boxes without bothering the help.Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian dishes but I didn't pay much attention to them since I am not a vegetarian. Sorry about that but dud see it on the menu board.Parking: Noodle Express is located in a stripe mall, so there is plenty of parking, but you may have to walk in if there is no parking close by.“
“Was very excited to try this. Got three bowls with smoked chicken, two yakisoba and one rice. Took over twenty minutes to get our food, so maybe order ahead, if possible. Bowls we're good but extremely salty, which I just don't understand. When you have good ingredients why hit it with this much salt? Probably was the sauce but I'll probably ask for half the salt or soy sauce next time.“
