I always enjoy a meal while in town. I had the Chicken Alfredo, Ceasars salad and husband had the Kim Chee Reuben sandwich with fries. All were delicious and great portions!

We've gone here many times and from my experience the food as always been great! I love the Red Bean and Chorizo Stew in particular. I enjoy the way the inside of the place looks BUT they can get pretty busy, so sometimes it definitely gets a little loud. The service has usually been friendly and helpful, but can also get pretty slow due to the busyness. Over-all, if you haven't tried it out I recommend eating in! Another pro, to me, is the location. If they have a +15 minute wait there's a pond right behind the building you can walk around or find a seat and hang out at.My BIGGEST CON personally was the phone service experience I had. We wanted to order for pickup and got the same things we always get when ordering in now. The lady on the phone seemed SO confused by... everything. She kept needing to put me on hold nearly between every question or order. They were particularly confused about bread, lol, which comes with the meal I was ordering. Lastly, I wanted to ease her confusion about the bread and said "its okay" when she asked me another question about it. Immediately after I said that she hung up instantly. No "goodbye, thank you!" Or "Your meal will be this much and we'll text you when its ready!" Nothing. Just hung up randomly. I assumed perhaps she thought I meant "its okay" about... the whole order? Anyways, we just got food elsewhere, but it was a bit of a bummer.I doubt she was trying to be rude, I think maybe she was new and they just didn't train her well. I can't say this will be the call in order experience for anyone else, but it might be worth it to just... dine in!

Updated review: friends drink was strawberry lemonade. It was see through and watery. She asked a nearby waitress why it would taste like that her reply was I think it's made with nectar. No ask if she may want a replacement.Now for my food. My waitress was super nice and wanted to make sure I knew what I wanted. I was having a hard time deciding sometimes I cant stomach things so I went easy and decided on a burger ??. It was described in the menu one way and brought out to me deconstructed as If I asked for it that way. Who in the world would want a cup filled to the brim with peanut sauce that was so thick It was like old toothpaste??When my plate was sat on the table the fries were ice cold and the burger barely warm I.picked one up immediately. I told the waitress she brought another plate of fries within just five mins...those were ice cold too! The burger was plain not even seasoned. The Little bit of pink was perfect!!! It was super mediocre and almost like the person making it forgot to put the burger together. We only wanted to spend a shorter amount of time there !! well our food for four people two people salads, me a burger and fries , and one like cold salad plate took almost an hour to receive. I didn't want to be mean to the waitress she was too nice..the food has changed. I've been coming to this place for over past 5 years. I know there are staff issues at many places. The influx of people since I moved here 12 years ago is crazy but.. this place is in my backyard and I Walk to it and would love to have things go better next visit. I do appreciate people working hard to do things for others. It's just if your gonna work hard why not do it right. Oh the pickles tasted spoiled. Literally. Service was slow but food was good. Asked for no peppers on my salad, got peppers on my salad. Nice atmosphere by the lake but employees were giving customers food to feed the ducks. Might be why there was bird poop all around. There are signs clearly posted around the perimeter, might want to address these issues. Great atmosphere, my first time at restaurant, great food and service.
Our second time here did not disappoint. We were on a road trip from BC to Coeur d’Allene and knew we had to dine here once again. Isabella made a point of getting us a great table knowing we were out of town visitors. Once again we had Cody W as our waiter and he was awesome!! His recommendations were spot on! Friendly and a pro! We had a great evening and were well looked after. The fish and chips with salad sub with tuna was fabulous. Highly recommended!
