After driving in the snow to take my fiancée to an appointment I was wanting a nice hot cup of coffee. As we entered the building we made a bee line for the coffee counter. When we arrived at the counter the lady behind the counter didn't acknowledge us or even look up from her phone as she flipped the sign to closed and walked away.

I work here at kootenai hospital and I went over to get a vanilla latte and when I was ordering my drink the barista was very rude and short with me. When I got my drink it tasted burnt and the color was strange. I've previously been a barista for the past 4 years and have never seen a coffee this color. I decided to go back and have her remake it as I work 12 hours shifts and needed a little boost to my day. She was even ruder the second go around and my coffee is still burnt. Maybe you will have better luck than I did.
