Cafe Rio > Qdoba > Chipotle. This place is a little slow, the couple times I've been it's been about a 15 minute wait for food and I was at the front of the line. Dont go if you're in a rush but the food is great.

This is my favorite place to get takeout food. The food here is always delicious and the staff is always so friendly. I commend Mandi (I believe that’s how his name is spelled) for offering me the best service ever today. Highly recommend this restaurant.
Updated review. Came here and didn't have a good experience. Was given significant less meat and toppings than usual. They forgot to give us the dressing for the salad so it was very bland. I was charged for an adult quesadilla when it was a kid's menu item- I had to go back and tell them it was incorrect. They seemed understaffed and the staff seems under-trained. The food also irritated our stomachs and we felt a little sick. Not a great experience. I usually like Cafe Rio but I don't plan on coming back.Kid-friendliness: High chairs are available.

Saturday and I'm out early but I thought I would grab a couple of lunches to-go. The door sign and the website states "open 10:30am", well, it was 10:45 and I stepped up to the counter. and ordered 2 tostadas to go. The man working said "we don't have all the food items out yet" to which I replied "No problem, how long will it be?". good grief! he said one hour! OMG why state they open at 10:30 when he wants me to come back at 11:45?!? I will continue to patronize cafe Rio but it will only be the Spokane Valley store.

This place will leave you so conflicted because the food is pretty good, but the service of quality of service has been so inconsistent for the last like 4 years or so. The one thing that is consistent is their ability to forget the SIMPLEST things every single time when you do delivery through uber eats or doordash etc. It's like having Stockholm syndrome because they drive you crazy with the regular poor service and making you spend money for things they left out on a delivery but the food is so good you just keep crawling back for me. Guess I'm the real fool here. Also I should clarify, the employees themselves service isn't bad per se it's just the constant leaving stuff out on your order is just infuriating when you hangry af. The crew there are pretty good people but just, come on guys

2.6.24: First time in and absolutely loved everything! The sweet pulled pork barbacoa was absolutely my fav and had such a great taste and flavor. I ordered a tostada with sweet barbacoa, my friend had a burrito with sweet barbacoa, and we shared an order of nachos with fire grilled chicken. Service was awesome and I loved the ambience as I was surprised to hear my music playing in the background. I can't wait to come back to try all the other tasty sounding things on the menu.
