The service has always been friendly and fun. There have been zero issues with any of my orders. I've noticed the burger quality is better when certain employees are working. For example, when Jennifer works the quality is always perfect and she puts you in a great mood when ordering. If the wait might be a bit, she is upfront about it in case you don't want to wait... but it's worth the wait in my opinion. Quality of service is just as important as the food quality to me.

Pure disgust! Gross gross gross! Do not eat here. The fries tasted like they were reheated. I got a lettuce wrapped burger and the cheese was not even melted. The burger was like cardboard and cold. What a waste of money. I could not even eat it. I don’t eat fast food much but this place is beyond bad. They should be shut down. I might make a complaint to their corporate or send in someone to inspect!

Worst dinning experience of my life I’m 42, myself my two daughter 16,12 my father all sitting in corner table by door, n this lady Jennifer walks up n tells us there bringing u out ur food but, im going to need u to stand up n sit correctly in a booth , my father had pulled up a chair from a table to sit at end of our booth table, he is 70 yrs old fighting cancer for 3 yr in a row, n can’t sit comfortably in a booth , he is handicap everywhere he goes n she wanted him, actually made him get up return chair n sit in booth behind the rest of us before we could get our food, not only will I never eat at this courde lane Carl’s Jr again I will never walk In another one period ever they have lost my faith n my business forever i recommend going some place else…

Winter time, have not plowed the lot or the handicapped parking area. Had to get a person with a walker thru a foot and a half of snow.
