After hearing all the rave reviews of this place I was truly disappointed. Thankful for a good glass of wine and celebrating my 27th wedding anniversary with hubby. Here is my list of things that make you go hmmm would I ever go back. Sat down and not only did I feel that the restaurant was leaning, but the chair was wobbly that I was afraid it would bust. I felt like I was falling backwards the entire night. No, I am not large Marge. The salad bar that everyone raved about was only sub-par at best. It is sad when you get a better NY Steak at Red Lobster than here. I expected so much better.

Giving raving reviews is my favorite thing. I had a business dinner at Cedars and was amazed at how good the food was so I took my spouse there the following week. This time, the staff was absolutely wonderful. They made us really feel welcome and then again, the food was absolutely perfect for a second time! If you can get a window seat, it’s totally worth it but not a deal breaker. If you are in town, definitely try this place! The steaks are fantastic and so is everything! Thank you!

The few times I've been here has been amazing!!! Beautiful restaurant with great views and all around atmosphere. The employees are great, some of the best service around and of course the food is just absolutely amazing? I highly recommend this place to anyone that hasn't been and I can't wait to go back.

Intimate and enjoyable evening. We come here on most of our anniversaries, special events and have enjoyed the many interactions we have with the staff. We were seated by the window overlooking beautiful Lake CoeurdAlene.Parking: A very large parking lot by the restaurant.

The atmosphere was what we love,,,,water views,this was exceptional and did not disappoint. The interior is classic industrial with open wood beams and a large wine display as soon as you walk in. We ordered the smoked trout as an appetizer,,, soo good. Portions are large so go with an appetite. Salad bar was good, average selections. Chicken Alfredo was exceptional, Seafood Risotto was very flavourful and the seafood was fresh, there was alot of sauce, more than my liking, but again full of flavor. We will definitely come back. The service was fantastic and super friendly and attentive to detail. Thanks Cedars for really beautiful evening.

We ordered the smoked trout as an appetizer,,, soo good. Portions are large so go with an appetite. Salad bar was good, average selections. Chicken Alfredo was exceptional, Seafood Risotto was very flavourful and the seafood was fresh, there was alot of sauce, more than my liking, but again full of flavor. We will definitely come back. Wow! This was THE BEST food I've had in recent memory. I ordered the fried chicken with maple honey chipotle sauce, mashed potatoes and jalepeño cornbread. And then my son and I chased our food down by sharing the Mile High Mud Pie. For those with children, the kids menu made my 13 year old very happy. In his words: "A lot of nicer restaurants get too fancy with the chicken tenders, but these are plain and simple and that's all I want." Beyond the amazing food, everyone on the staff was extremely friendly, and being on the water, the views were unparalleled.
