I've been there 3 times......I'm frustrated with waitress and manager. I have gift cards.....she is curt, doesn't have my attention and then walks off when I ask her to repeat what she said.

Never in a million years did I think I would love Chili's, but over the last 4 or 5 years something changed. 6 visits during that time and never disappointed once. Their burgers and wings are excellent. 4 different locations across multiple states too and all the same style of cooking. Chili's is....really pretty damn good these days lol. Or at least their burgers beer and wings are, that's all I really get there.

I’m giving this low stars. Normally I like this place but I’ve ordered a quesadilla chicken explosion salad TWICE l. First time was to go and I should have known better. The second time was for delivery. Both times the dressing is missed. The only thing that helped the dry salad was flavor in the grilled chicken and corn. PLEASE check the bags.

Karen is a sweetheart and made the experience better but the food was undercooked, lacking in flavor and just in general gross. The restaurant was filthy. And sooooo over priced for the quality of food. So disappointing.

Unfortunately, service was terible and the food was mediocore. We were never greeted at the door, so seated ourselves at a table in the bar. We sat for quite sometime before anyone acknowledged us. I ordered a cocktail, which didn't arrive until after our meal came. Our server rarely came by to check on us (she was too busy texting on her phone) . A waitress from the dining room had to tend to a couple of our requests and finally said she had other customers in HER section and would try and get to us in a bit. It seemed like forever before we could get our waitress attention to give us our bill. (She was busy texting, again). Once we received it, she had forgotten to remove the free chips and salsa. Anyway, we won't be going back to Chili's in CDA. We have been to other Chili's throughout the west and had great food and service.
We ducked into this restaurant after running a bunch of errands. It was around 2 pm but no one was at the entrance area to seat us. We decided to head into the bar so we could be served. Waitress was very nice. We tried the crispy chicken tenders. I ordered the three for me and my husband did just the tenders and a beer. Chips and salsa was tasty but came with the meal instead of as an appetizer as ordered. Not a big deal. The tenders were not crispy even though they looked like they should be. Cold and soggy. Better luck next time… maybe!

Had lunch here on December 6.I wonder who made the decision to stain the restroom doors just before the lunch hour.Needless to say, mineral spirits and Shout It Out got the black stain off my beige coat!
