My parents are visiting from Boise, my in laws came over from Airway Heights and our office is right down the street so we decided to go to this off the wall kind of place called the Daft Badger. Funny name...best food in CDA!!! I am an avid (self proclaimed) pit master, I smoke any meat that I can get my hands on. That said, I usually get any dish that has smoked meat in it so I can judge the chef. It rarely goes well for the chefs smoked meat, mine is almost always way better! Holy Moly! This burnt end brisket in the Mac n Cheese was fantastic! Seriously best food in the area and it's just a brewery! Love it, KRISTIN is the kindest and most attentive waitress. I feel like I am using too many exclamation points here!

There was no parking. The street was full, I'll bet the neighbors hate it. And there are 3 spots in the parking lot. Inside there were less than 15 people. Service was SO slow we went somewhere else.

Excellent food with unique menu options. Fun atmosphere with friendly staff. The brie, bacon and apple sandwich is amazing! Tried some seasonal craft ciders that were great. Fair price. Location is tricky to find as it's in the middle of a residential neighborhood but worth the search.

A friend recommended this place to me so had to give it a try. It's in middle of a neighborhood so I almost missed where this place was located. There is a tiny parking lot for a few handicap spots and a few regular cars. Plenty of street parking. There is outdoor patio w a fire pit and an indoor space with an enclosed outdoor space. My friend and I were greeted immediately and waitress was very attentive and friendly. Lots of crafty beers along with wine menu. My friend got 6 5oz beer flight ($16). Then we got the cup of Huckleberry BBQ bacon which was delicious! Then the personal size of the pulled pork nachos which was huge and this is plenty to feed 3-4 people! I also got the fried chicken sandwich which I wasnt too impressed with, chicken tasted dry and not much flavor, maybe it was just a mishap. Everyone else's food around us looked amazing too with large portions! I definitely want to come back and try the other items on the menu. Highly recommend coming here and giving it a try!

Love this place! We don’t drink alcohol any more but it doesn’t matter! We love to come here and eat. Today my wife got the chicken sandwich with pasta salad and I got the soup and salad. Amazing!

Great brewery. I did a flight, came with 6 choices. Each one had lots of flavor and could taste the craftsmanship. Loved 4/6 and took 3 of them home. Allowed dogs on the indoor/outdoor heated patio which was warm and cozy. The pretzel was awesome, kind of chewy which was unique and I really liked. The mustard was superb. All around great experience.

Parking is a pain, only street parking on residential streets. Clean area, wood decor, like log cabin feel. As soon as we entered several young ladies said have a seat we will bring everything to you. We found a seat in the covered warm patio area. A young lady brought us food and beer menus. I ordered a six flight, both my table mates had beer tasters. We ordered the large pork nachos and pretzel. AMAZING nachos... three adults, one 15 month old shared it and we still had left overs. They don't skip on the pork or cheese. However I would not have the pickled jalapeños next time because they're sweet, pickled jalapeños . However, they do offer fresh, diced jalapeños. Three days later one of my table mates couldn't wait to go back for their pretzel and honey mustard sauce. I want to go back for those amazing pork nachos. Great customer service, great food, great beer selection just terrible parking.
