Honestly I don’t leave bad reviews unless the place genuinely deserves it. First off I ordered a cherry whisky that was supposed to come smoked, it arrived at my table with no smoke, the drink was 24$ you think they would at least get the presentation right. Secondly my girl got the chicken CDA, the chicken crust was burnt black and inedible, tough chewy meat, the mashed potatoes it came with were straight out of a box, gritty and inedible, the veggies for both meals were like frozen vegetables and undercooked once again inedible, I ordered a prime rib and half the prime rib had the inedible grissle fat that you can’t even eat, (I love prime rib and for 50$ that whole piece of meat should be edible!). 170$ for that meal, absolute joke. Never going back again.

To start bread before our meal was $8 and not very good bread. Their water smelled like sulfur (boiled eggs). Perhaps it's well water? So many things tasted fishy. Even my salad from the salad bar. The only explanation I could find was that perhaps someone swapped the serving spoon for the chopped beets with the pickled herring (I assume it was pickled herring). Crab cakes were not great again too fishy. Maybe they used imitation crab meat? After sharing everything at $77 we will not be back. Wish we had tried the Beverly on the 7th floor instead.

Phenomenal experience... Food was excellent with exception of some temperatures ? were a little cooler than desired but then it would dry out so it's forgivable. Valet was great, father in law had a wheelchair ♿️ it was accessible easily. Service was great and attentive.

I ordered the French dip....and had to ask the au jous that supposedly came with it. Then my poor son took a bit of his salad after putting what he thought was ranch on it, only to spit it out his first bite. It was HORSERADISH!!!! The waitress blamed the server and didn't even apologize, though I highly doubt she would have noticed as she was too busy talking to her friends dining at the table behind us. Didn't even bother to give a discount for her inattentiveness. This was lunch time on a Monday and they weren't even busy. Now I remember why it's taken me 3 years to return to this place.

Great Easter Buffett. I was hoping after last years 1 hr 48 min delay on our reservations where I was told I could go buy coffee and snacks in the lobby, that it was slower at 3pm than in the morning like before. It was. However they were worn out I surmise. To start with - our server told us how "terrible" the day was so far for her and talked about previous customers wrecking her day for a good bit. She also had some issues telling us the drinks since sadly we don't memorize Pepsi products as we don't typically have soda at home. She repeated Pepsi products three times. For Easter brunch they don't take food orders since it's buffet only, just drinks for the servers to jot down. It was exhausting when asking what flavors being met with an answer that was yes, Pepsi products. Food was perfect & buffet was beautiful with excellent desserts. Sadly they must have wanted us to leave within 17 minutes from arriving as they took away all our drinks and silverware (we had all placed on the side on the napkins) while we were getting food in the buffet. None of us eat a lot and we are pretty quiet so I don't know why on a $69.95 each X five person bill we did not even get a chance for our drinks to be half finished. When I asked if I could get a new coffee since I had not had the opportunity to drink it since it took ten minutes to arrive (which is ok when it's busy)she brought me the creamer instead I had asked for 17 minutes before. Since this is a Buffett- drinks are all they have to take orders for -but when I asked if we could get our drinks back or new ones she came back with the bill and left it. We gave her a 20 percent tip since the staff in the buffet room were super polite. The view was great, the sun was shining so it was a good day, even if we were in and out within 20 minutes on a $320.00 bill. Again the food choices and macarons make up for the service. I am guessing since most of their clientele must be tourism and business they don't need to build up much of a customer service reputation, as it seems to be the area people complain about. I only leave positive reviews especially on local businesses, but this place needs some Easter brunch training. Smile, and let people who pay $69.95 not be rushed out in the under 30 minute time frame they must have set.

Fish sandwiches were good but could use a little more flavor. The clam chowder was delicious. The digital menus weren't working properly (2 out of 3 tries didn't work), but the staff was super nice & we certainly enjoyed the scenery. Would revisit if in the area again.
