Everything was delicious! I love when bbq places can smoke chicken well and get that smoky flavor in it, since poultry cooking usually works best hot and fast. The brisket was very tender, though not the moistest I've ever had. That's a hard feat and balance when you need to cook for 8-12 hours or more and keep it resting throughout the day to serve so I cant find fault there.We had all 4 sides and they are all incredibly good. The pepperjack mac and cheese was awesome. Great potato salad, great beans, great slaw.The family that works it are kind and friendly too..10 out of 10 experience and I will definitely be back
My daughter just brought me lunch from here. It was the brisket with potato salad and Mac & cheese. It was awesome, I can't express how delicious the food was. I can't wait to try more from their menu.

The brisket was perfectly smoked with great flavor. The mac and cheese was delicious, although the pasta could have cooked a minute longer. Bacon wrapped jalapeños had the perfect amount of heat and texture. The chili had more meat than you would expect! Great food and great experience all around!Parking: You can park right next to the front door.Kid-friendliness: Very visible menu for kids ordering.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily get into and around the establishment.

I was recently at an event that they catered. There was no warning that the Mac N Cheese was SPICY! Never having eaten their food before, I had no idea. It looked creamy and fun with the crunchy bits on top. The first bite confirmed the creaminess was perfect, but then I had the horrible realization that my mouth was on fire. I don't eat spicy food, and would have very much appreciated a warning. An even better option would be to have a non-spicy version available too. At least the BBQ sauce was labeled spicy.

Drummin Up BBQ has the best, most amazing BBQ and sides that I have ever tasted!!! Everyone I know who has eaten their food definitely agrees! Plus, their helpfulness and kindness are so sincere, positive, and appreciated! ??

Had their food that was catered at a friend’s wedding and it was amazing; better than any restaurant we have ever been to in north idaho!! Absolutely Excellent.
After reading rave reviews, I finally made it on a day they were suppose to be open. Every website said for fridays, open 11a-6p. I arrived at 11a. I left at 12:25p after: no service, nor any acknowledgement of of future service. I sat in my truck within close distance of business and visually seen by employee/owner. I've been looking for great bbq since moving here from the south. Sadly, I doubt this will ever be what I've been hoping for. If Hours and days are listed wrong online, I would hope the business would fix this issue for this Jarhead. Signed- disappointed Birthday lunch.

Drummin Up BBQ is amazing. Best BBQ in North Idaho, hands down. I've never had brisket so good. And if you get there early, you might be able to get some burnt ends, which are AMAZING

We had Drummin up BBQ cater our wedding and it was absolutely amazing! The food was delicious, service was great and they were so great to work with! Everyone was raving about the food all night. They also boxed up a to go box for me and my husband to take to the hotel with us as well as all the leftovers for us to bring home!

Drummin Up BBQ catered our daughters wedding in Northern Idaho. The venue was a cattle ranch “White Barn Ranch” south of Sandpoint. The food was incredible! My husband has eaten at and competed with Drummin Up BBQ. He always raves about their food. I finally go to taste it and totally agree. They were super easy to work with and pretty much took care of everything. I highly recommend them!Dietary restrictions: Drummin Up BBQ was very accommodating for our wedding guests with dietary restrictions.
