My son loves this place. The people there treat him with kindness and respect. He is non verbal autistic and is hard for him to communicate, but they were super kind. Thank you!

I ordered a Cesar chicken wrap to go, when I got home and opened it, 99% was chicken with the tiniest amount of lettuce.

I love the Pepe and the Turkey Tom. I always order ahead of time online and pick-up.

Hands-down, the very best sandwich I have ever eaten at Jimmy John’s was at this location! Cody and Sam were the ones who made my sandwich, but Stephanie was the one who gave us great and excellent customer service!!!My son turned 10 today and all he wanted for lunch was Jimmy John’s!!!If you are ever in Coeur d’Alene, and are craving a sandwich, This is the place to go!

Good sandwiches. Nearly always leave out sides (chips, cookies) with every delivery order. Gets old paying for food you dont get.

Way downhill in the last few months. I order delivery from them regularly and at first it was just simple stuff missing like the straw for my drink or a fork or napkins and so on. Then you add on the freaky slow delivery times they have been routinely having and now today my food is just out and out wrong in combination with my other grievances. This has been my go to place for a long time, and when employees don’t care about their own or their employers reputation it shows. Whoever is running the weekday lunch shifts needs to get on top of things because it’s genuinely sad to see this state of business from a place that had such a solid and awesome reputation. Hopefully they get back to being what they once were but for now, I’m out.

I love Jimmy John’s , they always do awesome but it’s usually the Post falls location that is consistently great. Rarely the hayden one anymore, as for this CDA location, it is awful. It was great in the beginning but the last couple years it’s gone completely downhill. Got a bunch of kids working there who don’t know what they’re doing or just don’t care. I’ve had 3 wrong delivery orders or missing items all in a row in a 4 month period now. I decided to start going inside in hopes if I got the stuff myself nothing would be missing, but I was wrong, even in-store orders get messed up so forget it, the kids are busy laughing with each other or on their phones to even acknowledge you and best bet they start cleaning and have all their chairs up so you can’t eat inside HOURS before close. You can tell they don’t want to be there and they don’t care about you, they just want out of there. Last time I was there I watched another young woman come back in after her in-store pick up order to say she loves Jimmy John’s but they made her sandwich wrong and one of the younger girls behind the counter couldn’t have given her a nastier look. I mean she opened it up and you could clearly see it was not what she ordered. You could tell it was gross and she wasn’t trying to get a free sandwich because they were gonna let her have it for free and she she didn’t even want it and threw it away. None one order from here has been right. I keep giving chances and I’m done. I hate writing reviews but someone needs to step up? Repeated mess ups, forgotten items on delivery orders. When I tell you I had to wait over an hour and 15 mins for my order once and on top of it we were missing 3 items, With a $10 tip already given on the app. It was not just one item missing but 3 items and then to top it off we didn’t get our add ons we paid extra for and I swear someone put tuna instead of the bbq chicken on mine this last time. I was hoping it was a fluke but after multiple issues spanning over a period of months and watching someone with my own eyes experience the same issue in line in front of me, I’m done. I will spend the extra gas to drive out to the Post falls Jimmy John’s location where their employees actually care about their job.

It was very good the only thing that was wrong was that I ordered pickles in my sandwich and I didn't get pickles but other than that it was great. The service was okay they didn't know I was there but I said hi and then they came right to me and apologized. The ambiance was great but did look like they where going to close so some of the lights where off but it was overall good.

Forgot my drink and side, that’s okay, I go back in and refuse to give me what I ordered…After being so flustered, I decided to eat just my wrap anyway and it was mostly lettuce, and wasn’t even “wrapped”! The toppings were all falling out the bottom…..Horrible service and horrible preparation…I love jimmy johns, but this was a very bad experience.

Food was good, except we ordered 2 sandwiches both with oil and vinegar but only 1 was made with vinegar so it was tasteless. But by the time we ate our sandwiches we were way out of town. Very disappointing.

What a absolute disappointment I've heard. Many people say how great this place was. So this was our first time, and we were excited. All in all, we were extremely disappointed with much rather have went to Subway, we Ordered the big John. The bread was dry and they didn't ask us what kind of cheese we wanted. Next thing we know the guy just handed us a Sandwich with some tomatoes. Lettuce and I don't know what else was on. It's thin slice of roast beef and a thin slice of Turkey. I believe just overall, not a great experience. Would not recommend this to anyone. Overpriced as well.

I ordered a giant sandwich in the store because their website sucks and messes up my order, and the guy at the register still didn't ring it up right (forgot the mustard, and my loyalty points of which I reminded him but he still didn't add). However they have those crispy jalapeños that just make the flavor come alive. The sandwich is delicious even with being a tad expensive
