Went to the appleway pizza hut. Think may have been Kim took care of me. Was a wonderful experience, pizza was awesome and possibly leftovers air fried were even better.

Ordered curbside pickup through the app, two 16 piece boneless wings, one garlic parmesean and one honey BBQ. Waited several minutes after the app said the food was ready, watching the employees peer out the window at us. Finally someone came out to ask if we ordered a pickup. We got the food and headed out of town, now running late, only to find out we got two garlic parmesean and no honey BBQ. The wings were hot, but so salty that we couldn't eat many of them. Worst experience I've had from any food place in a long time. Wishing I could at least get that 5$ undeserved tip back.

After a day of bb kids were tired. Sat ourselves and after ten minutes (definitely not a full house) we did the salad bar ourselves. Server came out “on something” saying she is the only one that takes care of the salad bar. Kids were thirsty. Another 10 minutes when she came to take our drink order we were ready to order our food. Us adults got our meltz still no food for kids Hawaiian. She came out blaming it on the cook and to confirm order. It was freezing so I got a blanket out of the car for the kids. Server said someone came to check that issue out and I said maybe if you’d shut the back door that’s wide open. I witnessed her bringing drinks to the wrong table. While waiting a man and toddler came in. I found it funny a girl about 10 waited outside. Come to find out it was an employees family. I saw a cloud of smoke come out of the girls mouth and then walked in to join the employees family. The man sat at the check out with the toddler sitting at checkout where employees come and go playing with a screwdriver. I told the server I was very unimpressed. She blamed it on everyone else while acting sketchy. She said she will void the pizza and probably get in trouble but she didn’t care. We told the people walking in as we were exiting not to go in. Kids had to eat on the go.

I did not get what i ordered, Even the computer entry was wrong. I called back to inform them and was first put on hold. but when Kimberly picked it back up again i tried to inform her about her mistake ( she took my order from the beginning) she hung up on me. I will never order from pizza hut again. not just this location which has ALWAYS gotten my order wrong. But all pizza huts nation wide

Salad bar is back and pretty well stocked. It is good to have a decent salad after the Covid shutdown.

Our pizza arrived slightly undercooked and barely warm to the touch. They also shrunk the sauce containers for the breadsticks. Feels like I didn't get what I paid for. We also asked for paper plates and napkins which we didn't recieve either. Seems like they don't really care about what is being given to the customer. Pizza Hut used to be a great place, but now it is like they've lost their charm.

Ordered on line ready at 7:29 arrive at that time and it's not ready. No problem 10 minutes goes by where's my cheese pizza, o I did not make one. Not hard to keep track of digital orders when you only have 3 on the board. Had to remind them 2 times. This place needs help.
This Pizza Hut rocks doordash sniped 75 dollars worth of food and an order that they were supposed to deliver and this chain replaced the order and even gave me back some money five stars all the
