We were the only guests and waited while several wait staff stood there talking amongst one another. The cheese tasted old and breadsticks and pizza were very greasy. Would not visit this location again.

It took 4 hours for our order. It was New Years so I was not surprised however! Our original estimate on the app was 120 minutes. Our original estimate was 8:25. Piasa arrives at 9:50. I called the store at 9:20. Was put on hold and I was never allowed to speak to someone to cancel. By the time our food arrived my kids were asleep and super disappointed.

December 23,2021 I ordered 2 pizza at 430pm. After many phone calls they finally arrived at 830 pm. They said I would be reimbursed for them but have not been yet. I will no longer use pizza hut again.

Do not order through the call center. Could barely understand the guy. Very, very little English. When we said never mind, we called back and spoke to the local pizza hut. When our pizza arrived, everything was fine. 2 min later another pizza guy shows up with a second pizza that we did not order!! It was returned

I did curb side pick up. That process was pretty painless. Once we got home, I noticed we were missing a topping that we ordered. I ordered a thin crust. Yes it was thin and crispy but it was also flavorless.

Occasionally, little things are missing from my order. An extra marinara that we ordered or ranch etc... But in this particular case we never received the 2L of root beer that we ordered for our delivery. It was unfortunate as I had a house full of girls for a birthday party and didn't notice until after the driver had left. Overall, usually very good service just missing odds and ends.

My pizza took a very very long time to come and they never knocked on my door or did anything to let me know it was here so it probably sat outside for a long time. By the time I decided to look the pizza was very cold.
The new Detroit style pizza was fabulous! It was delivered fast and was hot when it got to me.

I really like Pizza Hut’s individual pan pizza. It has 4 slices and a crunchy crust which satisfies the crunch so many people including myself craves. If you’re cutting your calories the cheese pizza is 590 calories for the individual cheese pizza. I also add mushrooms and olives which brings it up to 600 calories for the entire individual pizza. Not bad if you are someone who doesn’t eat breakfast or has a light breakfast. This individual pizza always satisfies me.
