The food and price are good. As long as you get what you ordered. I ordered online today and picked it up. Ordered steak. Got back with it and it was chicken. Wouldn’t be a big deal except you pay more for steak. Will try a different location next time.

They were out of chicken out of steak half the trays of extra stuff was gone no grilled peppers and whatever else was suppose to be there. The employees all seemed to be preoccupied with other stuff. The two girls up front were busy trying to keep customers happy and make all the food. The pop machine had flat soda and the syrup on the sprite was out. Just seemed really off. Our food was still ok. Place seemed to be over due for a cleaning also.
Staff was inattentive, throwing gloves on the floor and one kept touch her face and playing on her phone. Even made comments about just locking the doors and leaving. Very unprofessional.

Man this is tough I have been to both the local qdobas and they need help. Had a dirty guy walk in one day off to help in the prep for the kitchen while he was all muddy from the waiste down. They took a long time cause they ran out of cooked meat... then when they did cook the meat a ton stick to the grill probably from not being maintained properly and the chunks left were only a part of the issue. The meat was burned and thank goodness for soup cause my burrito tasted burnt cause of the meat. Also they ran out of beans. Y'all need help. To turn this around. I have been 4 times in a month due to the tortilla soup, but idk if I can muster enough willpower to come back. Hayden ain't much better if not worse.

The place is filthy! The entrance is soiled black. The glass over the food is so dirty it is hard to see thru. The people were friendly and the food was so so.

Come here many times over the years. Unfortunately, their service has not improved. I always end up waiting an inirdinately long time for my online order whilst people who simply walk in are helped ahead of me. If you dare inquire as to the status of your order, staff look at you as if you have two heads. There will literally be a line of people waiting at the order pickup area and not a single employee will so much as move a muscle. But the food is good, sometimes even worth the hassle.

I do not go to Qdoba and I now know that has been a wise omission. Restaurant looked closed, some lights and signage were off. Went in and found a disgusting, poorly maintained restroom. Not a great sign. Empty restaurant but most tables had not been wiped down. Restaurant was super cold. As it turned out, the same could be said for the meat on our three taco plates. So we each had three street taco sized tacos with cold meat (no sides and a very small amount of food, certainly not a meal). Taste was ok. The six tacos, along with two of their smallest fountain drinks, and a 2.50 tip (machine asks for it, which I despise, but service was friendly) was 31.78. Now I know why the place is empty. My guess is that this restaurant won't be around for too much longer as it looked and felt like it was on its last leg and their are lots of fast casual options where you can get much more for your money. UNDERWHELMING
