My husband and I went to this Red Robin for the first time. The greeter at the door was very friendly and took us straight to a table. She asked us if this was our first time at their restaurant which we said yes. She gave us a warm welcome and then our server, Morgan came to start taking our order. While she was talking to us, the manager, Steven, came and welcomed us to the restaurant for the first time and gave us a free side of french fries with their signature dipping sauce which is a barbecue sauce mixed with mayonnaise and a ranch dipping sauce. They said they have bottomless sides. I was so impressed with the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff at this restaurant. We were just stopping in before watching a movie, so we just got a salad and an appetizer but both were good. I would highly recommend this restaurant. It isn’t often you get such friendly and amazing service anymore!

Our last visit was great as usual. Our server is awesome with a great personality. We order lettuce wrapped burgers and have Broccoli as the side. Burgers were made exactly as ordered and the Broccoli was steamed perfectly. Thanks again to the staff for a great job!

So here is the deal. I don't do chain restaurants much. But been in a hotel across from Red Robin and it's been very awesome. I love here, broken pipes, so it's been a few months. Food is great. But I gotta say, Bailey is amazing. And the other servers don't HAVE to chat with me, but they do. In this climate where it is hard to find good help, be thankful because these bartenders and servers work long hours and are always friendly and nice. Steve is pretty awesome too. Always friendly and checking in on people. I sure hope RR appreciates all of them! I sure do!

The other day I went to this restaurant and I immediately creamed when I saw the bathrooms. The elegance and shape were so perfect I practically fainted the smooth texture of the plastic seat, oh my lord I just had to lick it. Waiter if you’re reading this I left your tip in the toilet. My sincerest apologies for the mess I made, it’s just when you are playing in the water you realize some things. My love for this toilet has not ended and I continue to visit. The reason for this review is I wish for this company to consider me adopting the amazing toilet I saw that day.-Jamal Dominick Hallway.

Ordered through the phone and it was an automated robotic response - tried ordering sweet potato fries and was told that they didn’t serve those there. When I went to pick up the order, I explained the situation to the hostess who told me they received the correct order but when the food came - it was regular fries. Regardless fries were good and the chicken strips and brussel sprouts were eaten. The hostesses were nice and kept busy and I appreciated the free balloons for the kids.Kid-friendliness: Offer free Red Robin balloons.

Food was good but during a late lunch they were pushing small groups to the bar seating, and service was a little slow. Parking was also a little challenging as a lot of people were out.

We went to have dinner 3/17/24 yet I do realize it is St Patrick’s day and it’s busy but that wasn’t our problem. Our server messed up not just the appetizer we ordered but my burger not once but twice blamed it on their systems going down but it’s the miss communication between server and cook we waited 1 hour for our food then the remake we waited another hour but everyone around us was getting their food correctly in and out. The 2nd time she brought it it wasn’t even close to being right and she was avoiding or table the whole time as well as her big top next to us. This place used to be my favorite restaurant in Cda but after yesterday I will continue to use the Spokane Red Robin’s.

Bailey the bartender was a great! Despite a night full of chaos Bailey and her team made me feel completely welcome! I almost like I was eating with friends even though I was alone. Every recommendation I received was a 10 out of 10! I will definitely be back, next time with friends and family to enjoy Red Robin! YUM! ?

normally i love red robin. i always go to the spokane valley location but since i was in town at idaho i decided to go to the CDA one. it started out as waiting for our table we had gotten for 8 people. they sat us down at a table that was a tight fit with 3 tables besides us. after sitting down we waited for 20 minutes waiting to get water and fries. after we got half our drinks we decided to order food. the food took 3 hours to get to us. and 2 meals were cold. we had asked multiple times(patiently) for sauces, napkins, utensils. and had never received them. the most we got was 2 campfire sauces (without fries). our waitress was occupied getting new people in sitting down and never stopping by our table. 1 of the people at our table had ordered a To-Go meal and we had seen it been sitting on the counter in our view for over an hour. we watched them pack it up. they did end up letting us know that their system was down which is totally understandable. we just wanted at least an apology or a discount. we had got there at 3:40 and left at 7. i do not leave reviews or complain about my food/services. but this was ridiculous
