I’ve been going here my whole life and never had any problems, but I just left this location on Sherman in Coeur d’Alene, I was the only person in line and the two working were a male and female. I ordered a kids cone for my son and got a huckleberry lemonade milkshake for myself, they Took a really long time making the milkshake and we’re laughing. When I got the milkshake, it tasted like they put cigarette ashes in it. I literally gagged and spit it out as I was driving my truck away. I had my friend try it and she also said it tasted like ashes. It almost seemed intentional, and I am seriously disgusted. Do not go to this location. I Can’t believe they would allow their employees to do that to people.

As someone who lives in CDA and comes here regularly it’s sad to see how far it’s fallen. I showed up at 8:15 tonight and they were closed everything was covered no one was in the booth. Despite the open sign and all the neon lights being on. Get it together Roger’s!

This is a nice original little hamburger spot. The food is great and the ice cream is even better! Definitely recommend this spot over the other Roger ice cream locations.Kid-friendliness: I see families here all the time with their kids having ice creamParking: Grocery store across the street that has plenty of parking.
The burgers were good. The fries were overcooked and the milkshake was a clump of ice cream that we could not drink until it melted. The order window was much too small and the lady who took our order kept asking us to repeat our order. She also kept wiping her nose which didn’t make us feel comfortable. Will not return or recommend.

I don't know if it's the law there but having to wait in line just so I can get a straw for my drink kind of sucks. Maybe they should have lids that don't require straws. The food was good though. If I happen to pass through Coeur d'Alene again I will probably stop there.

Delicious burgers and fries. I had the burger of the month that had. Bacon, cheese and fried onions. It was so good and my husband had a traditional cheeseburger. We both loved the fresh home cut fries. Would definitely recommend

Tonight was rough. We arrived at 7:30 to a closed order window. After waiting about an hour the order window opened and we placed our order. After waiting another hour and a half we finally had everything. It was a whopping 8 shakes, 2-fries and kids cheeseburger. The food was good, but the service, and time it took to get our food was a joke. The cook from the back had some drive to get things done, but unfortunately the two upfront had no fire under them to get things out the window. I counted just to see, and in the 2 and a half hours we were there, they served around 15 people, and none of them had large orders.
