I have been going to this Starbucks for years. I went through the drive-through, and they didn’t return my Starbucks card. I went inside after I realized 10 minutes later to get my card. The card had my name, and they insisted on seeing my ID. This is ridiculous, given the circumstances. I understand the policy if you leave your card for days.
