Walked in. Employee working very clearly did not want to help me. Couldn't be bothered to stop moving chairs to help me. It took the employee over 2 mins to come to the front. When they did come to the front, they were super rude and told me they only had one kind of bread, which I could see they had multiple and that they only had enough ingredients to make me 2 sandwiches. Walked out.

Two people working and only one making sandwiches. Waited 15 minutes to order so online orders could be made first. The only reason I came in was because I wasn’t able to order from the app. The male and female employees were having some kind of argument and you could tell she had been crying because of her voice and snot running down to her lips. They were out of olives and ran out of mayo as my sandwich was being made. I usually order cookies but they looked like they were a couple days old.

Stopped by Wednesday 11/15/23 at just before 5pm (like 4:55) to find an empty store. Lights on, doors unlocked, no employees. Yes I'm serious. There was a handwritten note on the glass stating they had taken their 30 minute break and would be back around 5:25. Subway this is what happens when you force teenagers to work alone. I could have walked in and ransacked the place. Could have made my own sandwich. Can't believe the standards have fallen so severely here, doubt I'll ever be back. I almost called the police just because the situation was so weird.

Well to start off there owner/manager doesn’t respond to there reviews. Red flag…. But their sandwich artist didn’t do less or more for their opinions on online ordering. When u pay a premium price for a premium sandwich I expect a premium sandwich……. I worked for subway as a manager actually. and for this location is probably the worst I’ve had. Management needs a wake up call. Sorry not sorry. To be honest ur update looked great but sandwich was not up to par rather go to jury’s Mike’s. Maybe make sure ur sandwich artists are trained on how to make ur specialty sandwiches.

The grungiest subway either of us has ever been in!! Almost hesitate to eat this sandwich. Bins for ingredients were mostly empty and pretty gross. Even the cookie display was not only almost empty, but a greasy mess. Management is SO not on the ball to let this happen. If I was Subway, I'd swing by and be sure I wanted the brand name on this one. The is the harshest I've ever written by far and they earned it.

Huge shoutout to (Tyler) I came in to grab an order for delivery and he immediately apologized that he has been swamped and just started on my order. He was the only one I can see behind the counter. He kept giving me an estimated time on everything while hustling to get everything done. For my wait he offered a free drink which I’ve never experienced before! He was professional, kind and hard working. Subway please take care of this young man as he has represented your company to the stars! Thank you again Tyler, I wish the best to you!!!

I work at this subway regularly. Customers leaving bad reviews were from months ago when we had our old manager. The restaurant is the cleanest one I have ever worked at, and the food is what you'd expect from subway. Of course, like any restaurants, sometimes we'll mess up. But we try to make it up to you!!

Will never order here again. Came to the store and waited outside for 30 minutes because the staff locked the door and wouldn't answer the calls. You could see the staff in the window laughing at the customers coming up to the door and walking away. When I did get in to get my order they made my sandwich incorrectly and disgustingly. They drowned the sandwich in so much mayo to the point the bread was soggy and it was leaking out of the wrapper. I paid for extra meat and they put on less than the normal amount. The inside of the restaurant was dirty. They clearly had enough freetime when they locked the doors, so I'm not sure why they couldn't take advantage of that to at least clean their dirty lobby. The staff seemed like they were under the influence of something.

Horrible service. We went in this morning and the man behind the counter didn’t even acknowledge us. At first we didn’t see the breakfast menu and so we asked him if they had one. Again, he didn’t look at us (his back was towards us) and mumbled a few items for breakfast that we couldn’t hear. We asked him to please repeat and he just said, the menus up there and pointed up. I proceed to tell him that I was sorry we were inconveniencing him and he quickly turned around, got extremely aggressive and verbally abuse and we said we’d leave. His response was”yes, you should leave”. Wow!! I felt very threatened for our safety and we left. I will be sending a letter to follow this review as well. We were there on 5/16 at approximately 9:45AM. This employee behind the counter needs to be fired. Absolutely horrible service.
