My friend and I were looking forward to trying a new sushi restaurant. She and I love sushi, so we were extremely disappointed in not only the quality of the food, but the dismissive service. The vegetable tempura appetizer was soggy, and the portion was very small. The monster vegetarian roll, was falling apart before even picking it up, and the vegetables were soggy. The portion was ridiculously small. I let our server know how disappointed we were, and the comment was simply ignored. Not only is the service and food Less than acceptable, the prices were very high. I would never recommend this restaurant.

Had the Tonkotsu Ramen and it was absolutely phenomenal! Brought me right back to Japan (my parents went as English teachers).Combined with the salmon rolls and the California rolls wrapped in salmon (I love salmon), OMG ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!I’d give this place more stars if I could.

Great wait staff, great sushi, my kid got the chicken teriyaki and he loved it. Look how beautiful the rolls are even half eaten.

I use to love coming to this place, everyone use to be friendly. They now have I think only 1 waitress who is completely rude and always has a bad attitude. I went in a week ago and gave her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she was having a bad day. So today I went in again and it was the same exact attitude and behavior towards me. Doesn’t check up on you does not ask if you’re ready to order in a timely manner both time waiting 30 minutes before even getting asked if I’m ready to order. Last week I was with my husband for a date, our drinks weren’t ever refilled, waiting half hour before asking what we want to eat, rude, and then another 45 minutes before we get handed our food to eat. Today I was with a friend and her baby, our food had not arrived yet so when she walked by we asked nicely if it was too late to make our order to go because the baby had started to get fussy and we didn’t want to interrupt anyone’s meal with a grumpy baby. She proceed to sigh and roll her eyes at us and say she will have to go check. She then finds out that our plates are being plated and she yells across the restaurant to let us know they are being plated right now. We say okay thank you expecting to have food at the table we can enjoy quickly and get out before the baby gets grumpier. We then wait for another 15 minutes when she says oh we are boxing it up for you right now. Then another 10 minutes later we get handed our bag of sushi to go. Absolutely horrible service and rude waitress will not recommend anymore.

We went in as a family today (2/24/2024) to celebrate a family members birthday. We arrived about 10 minutes after they opened and there was only a couple small group that had already been seated in front of us. When we checked in with the waitress we were told that it would be at least an hour before we could be seated because she was not going to put two tables together and take up their limited seating. Now our group had seven people in it but we were also the only other people in the there. I have never experienced such a rude waitress in my life and none of us will ever return.

I use to love this place, until today!My family took me out for my birthday sushi lunch. We traveled an hour to go here.All was well until the waitress came to seat us. She had a super bad attitude and told us that she didn't want to take up tables to set us. (4 adults and 3kids)There were 2 tables with people ordering, and no one waiting to be seated. The waitress also just finished speaking gruff to the chief. Needless to say we won't be going back. This waitress needs to get a different job

What are the flavor was good the rolls we ordered fell apart as soon as you touched them. The rice was too dry and not pressed well. The service was good but it took 30 minutes to get three rolls. The building itself had open holes in the ceiling and paint chipped off the walls everywhere.

Ordered to-go said it would be 20 mins. Showed up 23-25 mins after and they said 10 more minutes. Came back after the 10 mins and they just started my beef. And claimed 5 mins. No problem waiting, but please don’t waste peoples time. Give proper time estimate.

Poor service, poor food quality. Very disappointing experience. The food here and service used to be great. It’s definitely gone downhill, I think it must be under new ownership. I won’t be back.
