But I know every time I take a bite of the Saturdays special Brisket Birria Taco with consumé (ie. soup or broth) or a regular Crispy Brisket Taco. It's the closest glimpse into Guy's flavor town that I know.Let's be honest, Price of food compared to quality/flavor in the area is somewhat spotty. However, here you can count on a GOOD PRICE for CONSISTENTLY GOOD FOOD.My kids also love their egg and cheese burritos and chicken tacos as well.This spot covers all bases for me! They do have a variety of items aside from the few I have mentioned. If they are sold out of brisket, in my experience, their other choices are equally delicious in their own right. Can't go wrong!“

“This food was great. And the first day it was very fresh the second day was a little drier (came in late and last minute) but I know why. The price is a little higher then I like but it was still very reasonable compared to other joints. The staff was very nice but also kept to themselves and aren't up your but. They helped with my pickiness making sure it was an allergy. I went there several times during my visit and likely will every time I'm up there.“
“I love this restaurant. My wife and I frequent this restaurant as much as we can. We love the atmosphere, ambiance and attention to detail that we always seem to get!! Tonight was special, my birthday! We were met by a friendly, knowledgeable staff that made us feel comfortable as soon as we walked in the door. The food was delicious, prepared by expert hands. Our waitress, whisper is not only a waitress with expert people skills, she was very enjoyable to talk with. We enjoyed our dinner partly because she's so engaging at just the right moments. My wife thought her drink was made different from the last time we were there and the manager Josh was quick at our table to correct the issue. The amount of attention we received was something we don't usually get at other fine dining establishments. Needless to say we'll be back.“
