I've been here twice to have lunch with my brother. This is our new go-to. Such a unique and fun experience. The food is clever and abundant, the coffee is delicious, the service is great and the atmosphere is so out of the ordinary. And you can shop for your foodie friends and family at the same time!

Stopped by for a salad to take home for lunch. Ordered the Sandy En salata. Salad wasn't too bad. One item had to be microwaved and the menu stated Kalamata olives. They used regular California style olives. Not kalamata. Disappointing Overall ehh! Will try again down the road.

Had lunch here today. The food was great and the service was awesome. Also fun to browse the store. We grabbed some baked goods for the road.

Great atmosphere and concept but our meal was very lack luster. Chef Lesa prepared a Icelandic cuisine that seemed like something that would be eaten by peasants in war time. The fish soup was very dill forward but basically felt like you were eating a bowl of warm milk with a few potatoes and flakes of fish. The donut at the end was insanely raw and inedible. The flavors were good and the information and tips were insightful. I just don't think people want to pay money to walk away feeling hungry and unsatisfied. It's simply a poor choice to serve. Even the chef said her other cuisines were more satisfying. Off this experience we wouldn't suggest it to friends, but have heard of others liking their experiences here.

Had lunch. Cheese n Trees was creamy n thick. All 3 sandwiched were very tasty and a good portion of meat in each.

The Culinary Stone Cafe used to a favorite lunch spot of mine. Today's experience is one for the books, utter and total disappointment, I left in tears. I would not consider myself a regular, but I go often enough to know the menu and have a favorite.I arrived to the newly remodeled TCSC (The Culinary Stone Cafe) about 1:45pm, well past the lunch rush but I was told it would be about 15 minutes as they had some orders to get out. I ordered the Lunch Express as I only had an hour and planned a working lunch. At the register I engaged in some small talk with the cashier, Jessica, paid for my lunch & iced tea and sat down to start working.20 min later, no food. I went up to the deli case and asked about my order. He assured me it would be out soon, I confirmed it was for Stacey... all good I think just a busy day.30 min later, no food. This time I went up to Jessica and inquired about my order as it had been 30 minutes. She responded casually and asked the person working the food line to see about my order. The manager immediately came over and refunded my lunch saying, it was "on them" for the long wait. I thanked her and went back to working. She assured me it would be right out... all good I think just a busy day.45 min later, no food. My time is up and I need to move on with my day and again I asked Jessica and the manager about my food and stated that I now needed it to-go. Jessica responded, "Well you already got refunded so you should just leave." I was shocked, I shook my head and said "Oh!" clearly surprised by the blatant rudeness and utter lack of customer service. I went over and began to pack up my things and Jessica came over and flippantly said, "We are training people and they are scattered back there and honestly they don't even know what you ordered." I did not even respond to her excuse, all I could hear was, "You.should.just.leave."So I did, I left in tears.

Like the store, sandwiches are great. Recently remodeled. Seems like less kitchen equipment. However, this is the third time we have waited more than 50 minutes for two sandwiches. Almost left but figured by the time we got somewhere else it would take just as long.

I have probably been here 10 times and I've never been disappointed with any of the sandwiches or salads. I made a special trip last week for a Coppola salad. It was absolutely wonderful! The dressing is to die for, raspberry vinaigrette, made in-house. Generous portions and always fresh ingredients!

The deli sandwiches are incredible. I’ve eaten here probably a dozen times, the staff are always hustling and very friendly. 10/10!

Our first visit and a very fun place to shop and eat. We had sandwiches at the deli. One sandwich is The Soprano and the others is Dom Deluise, made to order and super fresh. Salads looked amazing.
