“I can honestly say, that I have never been blown away my entire life with food and service until last night. First off, you enter and greeted so kindly by Tati their host. The atmosphere was perfect and the building is so beautiful . The service was excellent and the chef was so kind and came out to talk to us. Our server Todd, was most kind and had the best recommendations. He honestly was very knowledgeable with what they are serving and a had very very good taste. His drink recommendations were equally great. We never had a moment where we didn’t have water. The special of the month Walk in the woods Filet mignon was just the Best I haver had. The sauce was so unique and the quality was just perfect. my husband ordered the BBQ Chicken to try something new and he is not a guy who typically eats chicken and he was very impressed. The potato with corn and pepper salad it comes with was so delicious also! My friend ordered their filet mignon burger and it was amazing! We also ordered the potato pancake with Japchae and it was superb. The meatballs also were good and the cauliflower with sweet chile was also very delicious! all the ingredients just really complemented each other. It really was impeccable. The desserts were also good. I cannot wait to go back there again and try more of their food. I love everything about this place. The decor and the structure. the wall panels, the lighting and the tiles. It felt so warm to be there.“

“My friends and I had an awesome experience at this fun little bar. We were greeted with a wonderful vibe and ambiance as soon as we walked in. The drink menu was top-notch, and I liked how they had authentic European wines. The food we all had was delicious and went well with the French theme. Our waitress was incredibly friendly and intent, and the DJ was an awesome guy. We liked the music so much we ended up staying a little longer than expected. We definitely plan on coming back again!“

“After researching restaurants in the local Coeur D'Alene area, we came upon this Italian restaurant which caught our eye with Chef Angelo's passion for organic, local farm sourcing and many positive reviews... We seek out unique and high-quality, intimate Italian venues both local and when we travel... Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and seated at a semi-private quiet table. Donna, our server, was a ray of sunshine and a chalice of radiant light! Seriously... with her warm smile and soulful embracing, beautiful demeanor, we immediately knew we arrived exactly where we needed to be... We decided on a simple chianti on the glass pour list, which was a wonderfully generous pour for both of us... and the wine was perfect. We began our culinary bliss with the vegetable antipasto which included wonderfully Grilled and Marinated Vegetables, Olives and Fresh Mozzarella (was not expecting the BEST eggplant we have ever had on a starter plate like this...) which led my wife to ordering the eggplant parmesan. After we placed our entree orders, Donna kindly brought us a small taste of the scrumptious silky butternut squash soup which was topped with delicately crisped pepitas. We devoured the soup and wished we had ordered a giant bowl... but the fresh baked focaccia had arrived and more courses were on the way... Our entrees arrived and were a feast for the eyes... and they tasted just as delicious! The eggplant parmesan was crisp and light as a cloud... sided with a perfectly al dente bucatini noodle and fresh, bright red sauce... again, THE BEST eggplant my wife has ever enjoyed. Now... let us talk about the meatballs... I got the bucatini with meatballs... the sauce, delectable... the meatballs... are you sitting down?? Lean, pillow soft, hearty, herby, perfect mouthfeel, flavorful, insatiably delightful!Atmosphere was ma and pop taste of Italy experience... The entirety provided for a very romantic experience which was to pay off later that evening... but we digress...We can't recommend this restaurant enough... for the food, the experience and the beautiful Donna... Be sure to ask to sit in her section... And then enjoy YOUR romantic evening after your visit... Salud!“

“Cute spot! Nice location, not too far from downtown. Especially love the outdoor area with the fire pits. Solid wine selection and staff was really helpful with letting us taste some wines before committing to a bottle. I will say the last time I was here I liked their selection more, but it's fun to try different things from their rotation and you're sure to find something you like. Only bummer is they only offer flights on weekdays. We didn't order any food, but menu had a good selection from what we saw. Wish they offered desserts, as we came after dinner and wanted something sweet but our server was kind enough to give us some chocolate chips to pair with our wine lol. Great spot to share a bottle of wine with friends!“

“My wife and I had lunch here yesterday and it was terrific. We shared the bruschetta bites and the goat cheese and mushroom panini. Both choices were excellent. Such a wonderful surprise. The bruschetta app was so delicious. So much complexity yet incredible blend of ingredients. The kitchen really knows it's stuff. The mushroom, goat cheese panini was so damn good. I wish we lived in the area instead of CT. I would eat here every week. Our waitress was very, very good as well and the vibe inside (we ate all fresco) was so cool. Great place to sip a wine and engage with the local intelligentsia. I am jealous.“

“Vine & Olive has been on my list to try for over a year and we finally made it in for date night. They serve beer & wine, no cocktails. But, no problem! I got a wine flight and really enjoyed it. I hope they keep this option on the menu.We started with the Caesar and daily bread. The miso butter served with the bread was amazing! I would’ve eaten twice the amount they gave us. For my entree I ordered the porcini agnolotti with a side of red snapper. The house made pasta was delicious. My husband ordered the ribeye with duck fat potatoes and really enjoyed it.The lighting was a little too dim for our preference, but service was great!“

“Truly some of the best pizza and best customer service I've ever had. We stopped in at 8:50 and weren't sure if they were still open - Yelp said they closed at 9, Google said they closed at 10, and there were still tables that were eating. They were cleaning up from a very busy dinner rush, and told us they stopped seating at 9 and we were more than welcome to order food and drinks. The service was top tier. Dan was our server and he was amazing. We told him we were going to order something quickly and be out of his hair, but he invited us to take our time, and truly meant it. He even served another group right after us and made them feel just as welcomed. We started with some drinks and a caprese salad, which was served on crostinis. It was a great starter! We split their Jiminy Crimini pizza and it was PHENOMENAL. Both of us haven't been able to stop talking about it. We were given two speciality salts - a truffle salt (life changing!!!!) and a jalapeno salt. Adding a little bit of the truffle salt added so much flavor to an already delectable pizza. Will absolutely be back - we're already planning our next trip to Couer D'Alene!“

The Cork & Tap CDA Wine Bar • $$

“I love good beer, and this place has it in spades. The wife and I got a sampler flight, and ended up ordering a glass of the Dark Star Imperial Stout. We got the Korean chicken skewers and the artichoke dip. The chicken had just the right amount of heat to sweet, and the artichoke dip was perfectly savory. It was served with some type of chip that managed to compliment it well. After the beer, we played shuffleboard on the in-house set. All in all it was a great trip. We bought a bottle of Belgian style ale to enjoy at home. It's a little hidden gem tucked away in the midst of various boutiques and shops. If your wife is doing some shopping, come on in here while she does.“

“My favorite time of day is wine tasting. I drove over an hour to join a friend. It was an experience I’ve never had and signed up to make that drive once a month! The service was great and I’m kicking myself for accidentally not tipping enough. I’ll be making good of that asap! I already have two more friends begging to join us.“

“Stopped by for a quick beer(s) with some friends. Chris was helpful with samples. You will find a wide variety of beer. Was a bit light on the IPAs, but you have to make room for those alternatives, right? In all fairness, there weresome real decent alternatives on the list.Restroom was exceptionally clean as was the rest of the establishment. Although we didn't partake, there were games available in addition to lighter foods (air fryer type) that can make this a one stop good time.“
