I put in an online order to be picked up at 1:17, I get there about 1:10 or so and tell them my name for pickup. They told me it would be a few more minutes, no problem! There were three workers and it seemed busy, so I am generally understanding of a wait time especially since I also work in the food service industry. Fast forward to about 2 pm and they still have not called out my order, I go up to the counter to ask about it and turns out my order had been sitting on the to go rack for a good 30 minutes. They never called out my name as I was sitting in the lobby the entire time and never heard it once. Don’t get me wrong, the staff was very kind, I just think they need to pay better attention and focus on getting orders out rather than chit chatting with each other, as there is a time and a place for that. My food was cold and there was no offer for a remake even though they were aware my order had been sitting there for a long while. Overall, very disappointed in the customer service here.
The wings were fried to leather. We couldn't even get one decent bite. They were so greasy and dry. I took them back they made me more, greasy. They are awful ? such a waste of money

Took a long time to get our order. Wings were not hot when we finally got them. Floor in the restaurant was sticky, floor in the bathroom was GROSS! Layer of black scum around the whole edge of the bathroom floor. The walls in the bathroom were covered in poop and other bodily fluids. Just ick… The music was so loud you couldn’t even have a conversation with the person you were eating with. Not going back.

Terrible service today! We put in an order at 4:15, to pick up at 5:00pm. Waited 45 minutes when we got there at 5. Talked to the manager and asked why it was taking so long, and she said "well it's a busy time and I can only put so much chicken in at a time". She was extremely rude, and honestly could care less if it was late, or if we were upset. Didn't apologize at all.Isn't that the point to do a pre-order for a time to pick up, so they have time to do all of the orders?!Rediculous!

Went here with high hopes of the food being better than KFC. Walked in the place, terribly hungry. it was only one quarter full. No greeting, placed a to-go order of 4 basic wings and an order of fries but decided to eat indoors after a 25+-minute wait. The wings were substandard and tasteless, and the fries were a soggy mess so heavily salted that I involuntarily vomited after I had eaten only 5 fries. Luckily, I had been able to make it outside.......barely...... before...... UCK!!! very embarrassing!!
