“I was genuinely surprised and impressed by this little, off the freeway, gas station and burger joint. I mean it doesn't look like much on the outside but inside is clean, neat, the staff was very friendly. The food was the kind of burgers and fries you hope to find in places like that!!! Both myself and my dog enjoyed it!Since I'm from Utah, I had to pay Idaho to get some scratchers! They even gave me a couple scratching coin- keychain things!”
“We love the food here and the customer service is always great!! The gentleman that takes the orders in the drive through is always in a good mood and very respectful! Every place needs an employee like him! Their kindness is what makes you want to keep supporting local businesses more we love ordering from here ?”
“The food was delicious ♥️ I wanted a Strawberry Belgian Waffle which is not on the menu, but I still asked if they had strawberries they had strawberry purée, So they put it together and made me my Strawberry Belgian Waffle I even got whip crème ha!! It was huge ?and sooo good!”
“They got lot good different drinks an they r good but past two days gone there.the shorter stockier brunet girl couldn't make drinks rigth but others girls they r friendly an they make drinks good”
“This is our go to place since moving back to the area. We're always treated so well, service is great and food is amazing! We've tried almost the whole menu and have been happy with everything! Our favorites are the Steak and Salad (the steak makes the meal!) And the steak sandwich with bacon and of course the fresh fries!!!”
“This place is the bomb, not only did I have to get a to go box but I needed a wheelbarrow to carry it. I will be stopping by again. Brittany was my waitress and very professional. Thank you for a wonderful experience”
“Great scenery looking out of the back windows. The new menu is creative and the food was fresh and delicious. We had salads which were very generous portions and the baked sandwiches. Everything was very good. We will return to try more menu items.”
“Love their coffee. Far better than Starbucks in my opinion. I also like to support small businesses where I can so it's a win/win.Kid-friendliness: They have a lot of different drink options.”
“This was my first time eating here. The quality of the food was great. I live in the area so I can't speak on the room quality or location. My wife and I are looking forward to eating there again.”
“Best beef brisket BBQ sandwich I have ever had today. Most of my 'best ever' do come after a big bike ride, but this was legit. I will be taking the 15 minute side trip next time I am on the Interstate.”
“There is great food nearby. There is ample parking. Despite rumors to the contrary the patrons here are not kid-unfriendly, the state, however, insists that only kids over 21yrs. old AND can prove it are allowed inside. The DeMary Library is just a half-block away, and several parks within walking distance along with the historical Rupert Square. It is wheelchair accessible, more so through the front door. Karaoke at least one night of the weekend. Drink specials, girls nights, boys nights, Darts, pool. Local Taxi services. If it's a quieter bar your in the mood for, you can always try to come in earlier. The Melody is a great place for birthdays, anniversarys, or just meeting up with friends and family!”
“You order your food from the outside and wait for it in the cold but other then that , my burrito was very good and the service was quick and try to pay in cash or it’s a 4% extra charge on your card and if you decide to tip do it in cash cause from what they told me that owner keeps it so bring cash ?”
“It sure is a bar.Went to see a fine local comedian and was distracted the whole time by these two amorous drunk girls spanking each other and squealing. The bathroom has cool posters and stuff. It's the kinda place Ricky Johnson would go to and think it was an uptown classy joint because it only slightly smells like armpit. There was a guy that smelled like turtle water, but I think it was his breath.”
“Amazing bread but the lady owner and there daughter have very bad customer service the aunts that works there has great customer service and are very humble but not the owners”
“Surprisingly good Mexican food. It was very authentic. The staff doesn’t speak English well so be prepared to practice your Spanish, but the food was really good!Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome and ok to bring”
“The weekend usually has an abundance of music, great food, dancing, drinks, and fun, friendly people. You will enjoy being served by a conscientious, experienced staff that can more than hold their own. If you are planning a wedding, anniversary, birthday, quincearda, or even just a get together with your friends, do not hesitate to arrange your reservations early!!Kid-friendliness: This is a bar with a separate event center connected with a doorway. The event center permits the whole family, including the kids.Wheelchair accessibility: The whole establishment is on ground level, and the entrances are sufficiently wide enough for wheelchairs.”
“So everything was good we hadn't eaten here in a few years, and if I remembered right it was because of the price. So we ordered our food which was a dogo combo that is a bacon ? wrapped hot dog with fries and a drink the dogo was Absolutely amazing!! And a torta de lengua which was also good, 4 tacos that were also good and a shrimp cocktail. So ND order for 4 great meals came out to $78 and $15 tip so the food was great service was great place was clean and organized but I pry won't be back for $90 meal for 4 people oh and we had 4 jaritos I don't mind paying $90.for.a family of 4 but i don't think tacos hot dogs and tortas should be that much”
“Fantastic breakfast at a fair price with wonderful friendly service. Stopped in on Christmas Eve morning on our way home to Melba from Salt lake. Was greeted by a beautiful young lady with a great smile and a welcoming hello. On a day that a lot of people wouldn't want to work. All the employees including the owner were there smiling, happy and chatting with all the customers. It's easy to see why so many seemed like regulars. Such a wonderful atmosphere. Thank you for a great breakfast and visit. Would highly recommend stopping in for a great meal.”
“Traveling through and found this great coffee shop just off the highway. The coffee was great, the service was friendly, and the drive through was extremely convenient. Will stop again on our next road trip!”
“I love the local diner. Small town friendliness great service and yummy food. I have several favorites here from their chicken strip basket, grilled chicken sandwich, bacon burger, and beef taco salad. Their shakes are just right again several favorites oreo, fresh strawberry in the summer, reeses just to name a few.”
“This is a great place to stop for gas, restrooms, and breakfast items. We typically get one of their delicious biscuits or burritos. The restrooms are sparkling clean! Thanks Pete's for providing a great place for travelers.”
“I was short on time during my lunch break, so I grabbed a salad through the drive thru & was pleasantly surprised! A great salad for $6.99 & quick, friendly service. I’ll definitely be back!”
“Tamara is the best employee this place has ever had , greets you as soon as you walk in the door , always with a smile and gets your sandwich made quickly and perfect!!”
“UPDATED REVIEW.I had only eaten here since they opened back up so I don't know how it compared to before, but I thought they were pretty consistent my first three visits. The male manager I've interacted with is professional, funny and pleasant, I think his name is Jordan. The atmosphere is so charming and the food was amazing, it was my favorite pizza anywhere and I used to recommend it to people. Personally however, I don't think I'll be coming back after today. If you hold strong opinions about how employees should behave towards customers, perhaps send someone else to pick up an order for you so the customer service doesn't ruin it for you on one of their 'off days'.My last visit, I went to pick up an order at 7:45, when they close at nine. The older woman who helped me walked away while I was talking to her twice, after she engaged the conversation. I asked if I could upgrade my nachos to a full order and she seemed frustrated by the request very quickly. She pointed out that they had put away most of the ingredients behind the counter already so I apologized for not seeing it and said I'd remember to order bigger nachos next time. She asked me two more times if I wanted another half order, seeming more upset each time which was stressful for me, but she had for some reason just told me that her deceased husband had the same name as me so that might have been part of why she was upset.I honestly would have brushed off the interaction as odd but not awful, despite the way that and the looks another worker gave me made me feel an annoying inconvenience, but after I paid, the older woman coughed into her ungloved hand and then grabbed my pizza boxes to hand to me. I know not every establishment has strong hygiene practices, but the casual way she coughed into her hand and then risked spreading it to me was too much for me. As a cancer survivor I have to pay attention to these things and I don't think the health and safety habits here are strong enough for me to feel safe/comfortable coming back anymore. On top of that, the food was terrible! I don't know what went wrong but it was so very different than the previous times. The jalapenos I had on the nachos the first two visits were so good that I started buying different brands at the store to try and have better jalapenos at home! This time, there were no jalapenos at all for some reason. Each of the different ingredients for the nachos was in its own container so I mixed them when I got home (only a few blocks away so it wasn't time that was the issue.) The cheese was weirdly thick and hard to spread until I mixed it with the sour cream, there was more olives than anything else, and the red sauce I thought was the salsa, was pizza sauce! Who puts pizza sauce on nachos? The taco meat was good, but that's not enough for the price. Then I tried the pizza and was even more disappointed. I didn't finish a single slice, I didn't like it at all. My husband didn't eat his pizza either, so it was a real waste of money.Tldr; I've had the best and the worst here. Take your chances but I won't be back.”
“evey has been the best server I could possible have. She was such an Angel and made sure that me and my husband were well serviced the entire time and we even gave her a tip! She deserves to be promoted phenomial experience at dairy queen.”
“They were being renovated when we went there. There was no sign on the front door stating it was drive through only while they were being renovated. The only sign on the door said pardon our dust. So we wasted a little bit of time on our trip trying to order food. We had to wait quite a while for our food to be ready as well.”

“Really delicious food. And our waitress was beyond awesome and did a great job. I had the steak and shrimp and the wife had a hamburger and we both loved our meals. Our drinks were also all really good too. Will definitely be back.”
