“Roland’s catered a small family gathering this past weekend and we were nothing short of impressed! The food was amazing- tender, rich, and juicy! Roland’s didn’t skimp on the portions, either. Our order for 8 people could have easily fed 15. Last but not least- the BBQ sauce is to die for. All of Roland’s sides are homemade and superb, but that BBQ sauce is something else!
