Let's paint this picture. Driving home on a hot day after a bunch of errands. As we pass the Aloha Fresh my wife says "that would be refreshing". I'm not sure if I should be embarrassed that I had never tried shaved ice but do remember snow cones. It was all explained to me as I was turning around. I can't for sure name the treat I got but think it was some special Hawaiian thing??I liked it. A cup of shaved ice and Subtle tropical ish flavors. Why not. You know what. After a long hot day we stopped in for a great local treat. I loved that this cute little retro trailer is owned by locals, hires locals and supports local. I am also a huge fan of the fresh fruit, locally sourced honey and non artificially colored/flavor dyes in some of their syrups. The staff was extremely friendly and had smiles on their faces while helping us. The trailer is in the parking lot of the Albertsons parking lot, but they have chairs on the grass which are comfy...read full review
