We sat at the bar, just wanting lunch. The bartender was very slow in getting to us, very slow to get us a drink, very slow to take our order and when she finally brought the food, it was stone cold! The food, while ice cold was good, maybe even great if you imagine it hot. Never in my 65 years of life have I never not left a tip... As I did today, nor have I ever written a bad review as I am today. The name on the ticket was Aimee but I really don't know if that was her name but she was the bartender. As we were leaving, it took forever to get the check, we had to get up and wait up front... We could see into the kitchen and several of the other employees were just standing there, eating and drinking. Very unprofessional. We definitely will not be back nor will we recommend this place. When we told the bartender that our food was cold, she just shrugged and said, "well, I brought it out right away" like it was the chef's fault, huh? Altogether, disappointing to say the least.

Busters holds their own with the original Broadway location. The kitchen always delivers with quality cook (always leaning to just al dante). Fried foods aren't laden oil and even delicate proteins like fish and shrimp remain tender and moist. Jesse (our bartender/server at the bar) was amazing. He continued to hustle to take care of everyone he saw. A more gracious human being I have never met. Jesse is a rock star! My only gripe is the beef substitution for our flat iron steak. I don't know if they were out, or if the remaining inventory quality was poor; but we were served sirloin... and it was still quite tasty, and cooked perfectly. All in all, Busters is a place I will head to game day, or just for an afternoon lunch. I will be a regular patron.

Very Bad Experience. Took awhile for staff to realize my family and I were there. Had to remind them about our drinks we ordered. When server came to collect our bill he was gone for about 20 minutes. I went to see what was going on. Come to find out they got our bill & Bank cards mixed with other customers bills & bank cards. We waited about 30 more minutes for them to figure out what they did. Please be careful with your Bank cards there and check your transactions if you visit! ???? 2 thumbs down! Dirty, sticky and a lot of fly inside this place. Manger was rude on top of all of this bull!!

My husband and I just got a delivery from Busters Grill and Sports Bar. All I can say is wwoooww.....not in a good way. The fries were bland and stale. For the fry sauce they didn't even bother mixing in the mayo and ketchup completely. The Ruben sandwich was soggy and the meat was cut into thick pieces. I will not be ordering from them again.

Very disappointed in the attitude of staff on today. Stopped in and the place was packed (glad to see people doing a good business). We were told they could not seat us on the patio. There were 3 tables in use on the patio and only one or two open inside. If this was an issue of short staffing I would have gladly waited. We get the staffing issues. But to refuse outdoor seating when COVID numbers are rising seems counterproductive. We went down the street to Wild West and got great service on the patio - well worth the wait (yeah - they were slammed too, but handled it well).

This place is about as hit and miss as you can get. Like many of the other reviews state, they are severely understaffed and mismanaged.Most of the time, decent food and a good beer selection.Today was bad. Their credit card system was down and they don't have an ATM. Really not a problem except that they weren't providing this information until it was time to pay. Either the host/hostess or waiter/waitress should be leading with this or there should be obvious signage. We didn't have enough cash on us. The waitress said she'd try to take our payment info manually with an old knuckle buster. It literally took her like 45 mins of chatting it up with other patrons and staff before she just told us she couldn't find it. We wrote her a business check.The food was just bad. The roast beef had the texture of a sleep over outside of the fridge. Super dry, closer to jerky. The burger was not done as requested (they ask how you like them). It came over cooked.Look, I'm not big on writing bad reviews, but when your food sucks and your lack of service costs us way more than the bill because we had to sit around and wait for a solution rather than get back to work, I have to point it out. Will not be returning anytime soon and hope it was just a bad day for them. Good luck guys, hoping someone is gonna step it up.

Best place for sports and trivia!! It's clean, fun, and family friendly. Never too busy. We go here at least once a month.
One of the best sports pubs in the area. I can't go a month without a visit for a beer and a big plate of fingersteaks, which are the best in the area. They have a $6 daily lunch menu as well as daily specials to keep their customers happy. The friendly waitresses only add to the great atmosphere. The many TV screens on the walls assures that you can always find a sports program or game to watch from your table or booth. Not sure if you want fingers or seafood? Try the Surf n Turf. For a lighter fare, their burgers are tasty and the sandwiches are more than adequate. They all come with a big portion of fries or a garden

Were from NV we've always been told about this place and finally stopped in while we were visiting family. They were busy and we had a larger group. We all got our food quickly and everyone was more then satisfied with their food and great service! Will be back next year for sure! We need one here in Nevada ??

My hubby and I have been here before and we're disappointed thought we would give them another try. Still disappointing. Food is just average and they are very understaffed. Our waitress was wonderful and kept apologizing for the shortcomings of the restaurant. We over tipped her because she was so sweet. Will not try again.

Ok, I have read some of the other reviews. Rough COVID-19 crowd it seems. Year 2020 reviews, and they complain about service? It says in big letters "HELP WANTED". I take that as, like everywhere, that they are a bit understaffed. Anywho... So, now I have been here twice. Once for lunch and once on a Friday night for dinner with the family. Both were fine meals. It's a bar & grill kind of place. Set your expectations accordingly. You don't have to set them low, but keep in mind where you are, one, and two, that staff levels are tough all over. For both my visits, I was greeted by busy but very pleasant staff. One gal stayed over her shift to help out the dinner crew. Another young woman was making up drinks at the bar. We all had drinks. We all ate pub fare, burgers, sandwiches and salads and the like, and we all were happy! Winning! Lots of TV's, good outdoor dining area with umbrellas, nice booths inside and tables. Full bar with bar seating and dining. Good parking with plenty of room. So, when you don't want Homestead grill, and want to go with something a little more quiet. Here is your place.

My husband got a BBQ burger and fries. Looked delicious, he really enjoyed it. Their fries are really good, I snuck one. I, on the other hand, got a small chicken nachos. Very disappointed, chips with microwaved cheese on top layer and bland, dry shredded chicken, some pico de Gallo and a few jalapenos. Nothing but plain tortilla chips under the top layer of chips. Would not order them again. I enjoyed the dark lager on tap though, creamy milk latte lager I think--delicious! Good assortment of beers on tap, and their fingers teams are good.
