The food was delicious but the service was not very good. Our server never came back to check on us. I was wanting another beer and my wife needed more water but I guess the servers (there were 2) had something more important than to check on their customers.

Great food; great service! We had the Peruvian Chicken and Sea Bass with pesto and gnocchi. Both entrees were fantastic. Our waitress Ashley was superb, She took great care of me and my wife. 5 Star evening.
Enjoyed lunch here with my daughter. Fabulous food and service! Ended our meal by sharing a piece of their amazing key lime pie!

They have completely lost it. Tried to go to lunch, didn't open till 11:15 no help no management. Wow I think I need a new place. I tried to talk to the manager his attitude if you don't like it go somewhere else. "I will go somewhere else"

We dine here somewhat regularly, approximately 3 to 4 times a month. The service is top notch. Food is generally good. Unfortunately, today I tried the Butler's Steak & Eggs from the brunch menu. This was one of the worst steaks I've ever had. It tasted like liver. I was so disappointed cause this isn't a normal experience at Coyne's. I'm hoping management will see this review and be able to make appropriate changes so this doesn't happen to other customers. I didn't want to knock off any stars cause I've had many good experiences at Coyne's.

NEVER have I EVER experienced this level of a NIGHTMARE upon delivery of "food"!!!! I ordered the large sized chicken gumbo "starter" which stated on the menu that it had chicken, andouille sausage, peppers, onions and rice. It had none of those ingredients other than a bit of stringy dry chicken. Apparently, the cook has ZERO clue what chicken gumbo should look like!!! So, my so called "soup" arrived and... no kidding....looked IDENTICAL to a pile of DIARRHEA with a small scoop of white rice floating on top!!!! To say that I was appalled is an understatement! How in the hell do these people sleep at night?! Hear this, and hear it clearly... McDonalds is a 5 star restaurant by comparison!!!! You've been warned!

Normally, I wouldn’t post a negative comment but after our second consecutive sub-standard experience, I must complain. Our server (for the second visit) took almost 30 minutes to bring a glass of wine and a simple cocktail. We had our granddaughter with us and her ahi was SO over spiced (she requested sauce on the side) could not eat it. It was terrible. We asked for plain ahi, so he brought a bowl with no rice that looked so unappealing. Never checked to see if it was ok. My husbands chicken sandwich was so spicy, he only had two bites. (We hardly ever send anything back)… We never saw our server again, he just left us until we requested our check. This was the second time we had the SAME experience. So disappointed that the same experience was repeated! Poor service, and substandard meal. We will not return, which is sad because we need more good restaurants in Eagle.

This was our valentines date night! The staff was super friendly and had good knowledge about the dishes being served. Our waiter’s description of the Red Curry Shrimp was spot on.One thing we noticed at Coyne’s was how the staff helped each other out to make the customer’s experience that much better!For the price compared to others this place is a deal!!On top of all that the food was excellent! The presentation was well thought out, temperature was perfect and the flavors compliment each other well in the dish!One downside was the food was so good we did not get the opportunity to take photos!We definitely will be coming back!
