Pretty good treat to get yourself and some friends or family. Sometimes quality control is a little lacking but it is a rare occurrence. They're certainly hefty in calories so not something to get if you don't have a big sweet tooth. Can never go wrong with the chocolate chip cookie others though.

I am very disappointed in the service I received. I ordered a variety of cookies for my daughter’s birthday party 2 days prior to pickup. When I went in to pick up the cookies, I was told there were only 2 types of cookies left. I asked what is the point in even ordering ahead?! I was told that orders come in during the day and so the cookies I ordered were all out. Why are they not making the cookies I ordered and put them to the side for me to pick up later in the day? What’s even worse is I paid ahead and didn’t even get what I paid for. I am going to get cookies elsewhere.

I always enjoy my visit whenever I come here! I almost always have great interactions with the workers and my overall experience. I did give this store 4 stars just because the last few times I've been there, there has only been one or even just two workers when it's jam packed and the workers seem extremely overwhelmed and they have forgetting to top my cookies off with its usual toppings or just did an extremely messy job finishing off my cookies. But again, I've been to this location at least every other week for the cookies for the past year and this has happened maybe 2-3 times.
