The gentlemen who made our sandwiches tonight did a killer job. Can't wait to come back and eat here again! Really fresh and healthy just what my pregnant wife was craving.

If you're a hungry man, don't eat here. For $15.00 I got a small turkey/avocado sandwich, I added the "Make it a meal" chips and drink, which is a small bag of chips and a small, child size drink cup. Don't be so cheap with your food and maybe more people would eat here and actually return.

Love the Boise location, but this Meridian location just can’t get it together. The staff was rude, and didn’t seem to be working. After waiting 15 minutes for a sandwich, we finally left without it (we were the only people in there, other than another woman who was asking to be refunded for her order). They might as well have just been closed. It would have saved us time and money.It’s probably a good place to pick up a loaf of bread - but don’t go to order food.

I went in on a short break to grab a sandwich and it was wonderful the girl in front Angela was super helpful and helped me pick a sandwich I would like it was the day before thanksgiving there were piles of thanksgiving orders next to me there was also a girl with the biggest smile and cutest sweater getting peoples orders to them I approached her with a question I had about the pumpkin chocolate chip loaf and Sabrina was very helpful and kind and she gave the best recommendation. there was a lot going on and the bakery was super busy but both the girls who helped me out were super friendly and happy and there was no frustration in their service the sandwich was wonderful will definitely come back again soon. Happy Holidays

What happened to the service at this establishment on Chinden?On Aug 7, my wife and I stopped for lunch as we had several times in the past. I admit it has been several months since our last visit but the service was the slowest ever. We waited about 10 minutes to order even though there were only two people ahead of us. The worst part of our experience was the wait of over 20 minutes to get one sandwich; a cold turkey and cranberry on sourdough! To add to our woes, the cranberry was missing. It appeared they had only put cranberry liquid on our sandwich, no sign of a cranberry at all. We were told they did not have some of the ingredients in the kitchen! If cranberries were not available why did they use the dregs of their supply for our sandwich instead of asking us to choose a different one?We also noticed they were very short-staffed; only two people working. They took turns between working in the back and working the cash register. This was quite different than I had noticed on previous visits. Too many restaurants in this area to try again in the future!

Had the peacan chicken salad sandwich. It wasn't bad, but there was a lot of mayo added to the bread in addition to what was in the salad. It came with a pickle. It doesn't look like you can combo anymore with chips and a drink, atleast I didn't see the option and it was not offered. The place was clean and staff offered good service, just wasn't like u remembered it.

The owner of this location gives great harvest bread company a bad name! I know a lady that was offered a bunny loaf at Easter for her free loaf of bread by a one of the workers there (rewards program). The owner called her and made a huge deal over it!! Needless to say no bunny loaf or any loaf of bread will ever be purchased again from that location from anyone in our family! Happy Blessed Easter ?? I was really looking forward to that bunny loaf but sometimes things just don’t work out!? Make sure to get the owner’s approval before you get your free loaf of bread…lol

I'm so sad. I was really looking forward to a treat. Granted it was 6:30 pm but still.... I got "Blodie" bar and it was hard like brick and tasted old! jus wasted my money
This is a lovely little bakery. Bread, cookies, cinnamon rolls are delicious. They also serve soup and sandwiches and recently started to offer a breakfast menu, which I have not tried. There is a small inside eating area of 5-6 tables. When weather permits there are 2-3 outside tables as well. Because the inside eating area is small, the store can be crowded at lunch times.Kid-friendliness: Small eating area makes larger groups more difficult.Parking: Several eateries share a parking lot, so crowded at lunch time, but usually able to find a spot to park.
Very nice place for lunch and to pick up something delicious, from beads to cookies. The Ginger Cookies are great.

Overpriced for how small the salads and sandwiches are. The turkey pesto sandwich was decent tasting but very small. The Asian chicken salad had almost no chicken and was just a few pieces of lettuce thrown together with mediocre tasting dressing. Only redeeming part was the quality of the bread on the sandwich.

Great place to buy loaves of bread, honey & baked goods. The cinnamon bread is my fave! I am not a fan of their sandwiches though...

The workers were not very friendly. They did not know what you had, charged me, then told me they were out of what I ordered, and did not refund me, but made me choose something else instead. They were also very slow even though I was the only one there, and i could hear them talking in the back.
