Service was awful. It was busy, which was expected. We were quoted a 20-30 minute wait for two people, which we were fine with. We patiently waited the 30 minutes. After that, the Hostess came around asking everyone their names and party sizes again. Then started calling groups back in that order, not the order they came in. Every group that went to the Hostess and asked when they would be seated, she would say "Oh, I have you ready to be seated next." We waited an hour and 15 minutes just to be seated. I don't think they are very organized at the front.

Most excellent place to have a breakfast skillet. Nice and large portions. We split a Chorizo hash skillet and pancake between two people and almost couldn't finish it all.Loved it.Parking: Free lot next to the store.

I’m sooo sad this place is slipping. I went in for the yummy red potatoes only to be greeted by grumpy, rude wait staff. After watching the hostesses scramble the waitlist for 30 min after quoting us 15 min for a two top, we finally gave up and drove over to Black Bear where we were smiled at and seated right away! Sorry not sorry!

Food OK but the place is drafty as an old barn. Had it been just me I'd have gone elsewhere. Miserable.

Got our food it was luke warm but it was also crammed pack they just needed more waitresses. The food taste was amazing on most part. Pancakes over cooked gravy was luke warm. Again they were slammed in their defense but portions were huge. Will go back when not so busy first thing in the morning. That could have been a factor cause the line waiting when they opened was long and I mean long.

Usually I really enjoy this place. However, the Caramel Macciato was so disgusting. Extremely bitter coffee. We asked to get our gravy on the side, our server said the kitchen has their way of doing things and that is not possible. We asked for no onions and got onions. When we mentioned it she told us "that's how it's made". The chicken fried steak was so salty and more breading than meat. The house potatoes were dried out and the hashbrowns were burnt on the bottom. Needless to say, we were very disappointed.
