So under staffed that they should just close on sundays. Everything took an overly long unacceptable amount of time. One server trying to great, seat, bus tables and take orders is asking way too much of one person. She was trying so hard with zero chance of success.. pizza was good but when you call it the meatball pie there should actually be enough meat so each slice has some. Very disappointed over all.

The customer service we experienced here was horrible. Multiple employees refused to make eye contact and greet us when we walked in. We waited 15 minutes and then left when we no one greeted us and offered to seat us. There were only 4 tables seated and a bartender that was on her phone (with no customers) that seemed less than thrilled when we asked her if we needed to be waited to be sat after waiting ten minutes.

Terrible. Waited at sign that says please wait to be seated for 10 minutes. No one greeted. We eventually asked if we will be seated and they said to seat ourselves. Only a couple of tables. All seems upset. We sat and waited another 10 minutes no one came to our table. All kids playing around and eating in the kitchen. Terrible. All tables dirty.

If you're going to call a pizza meatball pie you should maybe make meatballs the star of the pie. I took a picture after I ate half and as you can see there are only three small pieces of meatball. The flavors were nice and the crust was really good but c'mon man. Where's the meat?

Me and my family came in today for Father’s Day before catching a movie at the theatre across the street. I absolutely love this place. Their pizza is the BEST! Erandi was our waitress (the only waitress) and despite the fact that she was the only waitress serving 9 tables including ours she kept a smile on her face and remained content. She was very nice and so kind. I hope everyone else treated her kindly as the restaurant did not have enough people working. As someone who served for several years I would had lost it taking that all on by myself personally. Red Bench owners, you have an amazing employee.

This place has some of the best pizza in town. The Maui Wowi is incredible, I actually left the meat off and it was perfection. I’ve tried five or six different pizzas from here, as well as the ricotta doughnuts and everything is always so delicious.

I’m only giving one star because the interior design was really cool. My family and I walked in on Mother’s Day and we were promptly denied any service because the waitress was, “just too busy, I can’t…” The restaurant was maybe at 40-50% capacity, not including any outdoor seating. I had seen other reviews commenting on similar experiences and thought they may have been isolated events. They were not. We will not be going back to try their food until they change some business practices.

We drove 35 minutes after my mom had heard good things about the restaurant. Upon walking up, there was a handwritten note on the door saying that they are severely understaffed and won’t be allowing customers in until 3pm (two hours from now).We walked to the end of the block looking for other food options and, after we had passed the doors again walking back to the car, realized their sign had been removed from the door. My mom hadn’t even gotten the door all the way open before a younger guy shouted from the back of the restaurant that they were closed and he was “PRINTING A NEW SIGN FOR THE DOOR.”Extremely poor customer service, and really rude to treat potential customers that way. At least come up and have a respectful conversation in a normal tone of voice, rather than shout at us from across the restaurant.

Fantastic! Perfect amount of sauce and toppings, crust is not too much so the taste is toppings more than anything. Not to fancy, not trying to hard, just a solid pizza with lots of choices
I am vegan so I order pizza with no cheese and extra sauce. This pizza barely had any sauce at all! Couldn't even eat it! Waste of money and will check this off the list of places to not go back to.

My mom, daughter and I stopped here for a snack and drinks before a girls movie night. We unknowingly stepped into the middle of a "Mean Girls" movie! To say this was the worst dining experience I've ever had is putting it mildly. First we ordered drinks appetizer and dessert and our server brought our drinks and forgot to put our food order in. My mom ordered a cocktail and did not like the taste. The server told us there was nothing she could do because it was already poured so we asked for the manager. The manager came over and told my mom "I'm sorry you don't like it but there is nothing I can do. " She didn't offer to get her something else and kept repeating the same thing over and over with a condescending tone. In my entire dining experience I have never experienced someone who wouldn't try to do something to make it right. As this was going on, our appetizer and dessert arrived with no silverware. I had to go up to the bar after 5 minutes and ask for some. The flourless torte was very small and just "ok" the fried risotto balls were without flavor. When we asked for our bill, we waited and finally went up to the bar to pay. We let the server know how much each of us were paying as we had told her we would pay separately when ordering. The server said she couldn't do this....the manager laughed and walked over and separately took care of the bill as her and other servers were laughing and talking about us. To put the topping on this experience, as we were walked out, she sarcastically said. " I hope you have an awesome rest of your day!" It was awful. As we were getting into our car, another patron told us they had an awful experience as well and wouldn't be back.

This place is almost good. Somewhat of a waste of space, and I mean that in a YOU HAVE A GOOD LOCATION AND YOU'RE WASTING IT. Either step up or leave so someone else can have a shot, but you have to spend SOME money to make some! Cheap doesn't last!

My family wanted to try the new pizza place but my wife wanted to pick a pizza place with outdoor seating so we changed our mind and went to Red Bench. We walked in and were told to seat ourselves so we went outside because it was 75 degrees out and beautiful. A waitress came out and told us we couldn’t sit outside and that the outdoor seating would open next month. Ok great…we’ll just go to the pizza place without the outdoor seating. I totally understand if it was busy and there wasn’t staff to cover the additional space but there were only 2-3 tables seated inside. Oh well, cross it off the list.
