I really like the smoothies that they have. I can't stand the "valley girl" airhead that served us. The other young lady was much better, she didn't seem like an empty bobble head. I also hate the idea of "tipping" someone to do the exact job they were hired to do.On the side of the smoothie, it was wonderful. The peanut butter flavor was perfect, the amount was great, and the consistency was just the way I like it.

Fruit doesn't taste fresh. I ordered two açaí bowls and it was absolutely disgusting. Hardly any fruit on it also. 20 dollars gone.

Every time I have gone to roxberry recently my order has been wrong. Doesn’t matter if I order in person or mobile order it. On a side note, today I ordered online (classic acaí bowl.) They’re testing a new recipe, but it doesn’t say anywhere on the website that they are. So when I picked it up and drove all the way home, that’s when I saw it was different. I called the nampa store to see if I could exchange it bc they’re not testing a new recipe and they told me no. I would’ve just ate it but the new recipe is disgusting. $14 dollars wasted.

The smoothies and cleanses actually taste very good. However, you cannot order a cleanse over the phone and the website does not work either...I am baffled as to how other people are able to purchase to their cleanses??? (I gues they walk in and order and then come back in a day or two to pick it up, since cleanses take a day or so to make???) I have tried this three times now and there is never anyone in the store (Meridian, Idaho location) who can help me...Oh, and their discount codes they text won't work on online orders either!!!!

My favorite place when I want a fresh acai bowl. The fruits on the top are always so fresh and flavorful.
My son and I visited a couple days ago. We were greeted by two kind girls. There is a bar with stools and separate seating with tables, clean and inviting. We ordered the Flu Fighter smoothie and Healthy Beat juice. We enjoyed both! We will be back again!

UPDATE:The owner reached out almost immediately after I posted my review and took the criticism professionally. He took the issue up with his employees and resolved our negative experience. Thank you!Usually love this place. Went into tonight, Google says they close at 9. At 8:30 they flipped the lights off…inside…while we were sitting a table and had just received our smoothies. I asked if they were closing early. “No, we’re only open until 9 on the weekends.” Ok great, but turning your lobby lights off on customers is pretty tacky. These kids need to be taught to announce that they are closing in a professional way. On top of the less than stellar service, the smoothies were watery and hardly tasted like anything but milk and ice. I come to this location multiple times a month and always get the açaí smart blend and love it. I’ve never had an issue with the quality of the smoothie until tonight. A waste of $8.

Love roxberry acai bowls. Best in the Treasure Valley! However, they are testing a new recipe at the Nampa location and I bought one today.. Please bring back the original!! This new one wasn’t nearly as good as the original recipe. Kinda sad if they keep it ?

Their new organic, authentic Brazilian Acai bowls are so good you'll make it a regular breakfast or treat!!! The original is super tasty, I really like that one for breakfast. The new sweet bowl is amazing but probably better for a treat/dessert.

the two girls who took our orders completely forgot our order and about 15 minutes after waiting we asked when we would receive our bowls and they acted like they didn't know about our order but got everyone who came in after us out? and after getting everyone else's order out they started taking shots of random products. in total we spent almost 40 minutes waiting on two bowls. worst service ever and honestly i want a refund.
